Joseph- Idiot from legal dept- allegedly US cash Advance- Important legal matter; that if I don't give them my attorney of record - I will be put in jail -arrested at work or from home. I have not received a collection letter or any paperwork with proof of this outstanding dept-. I wish these idiots that prey on their victims could be arrested!

this phone number called me and i have NEVER even received a loan from them?!?! They actually threatened me and refused to tell me how they got my information OR the name of their company or the company that the loan was "supposedly" taken out with... What he did tell me was that they have the banking information where the loan was received and if i wanted to track that to find out who received the loan then i could.. When i asked why, if they were an investigation company, they had not tracked that information before calling and threatening me, he then told me to wait to be arrested and hung up on me. when i called the number back i got a representative that said he would not give out the company's information unless i gave him mine because "he does not talk to strangers" ... really???

I will be calling credit bureaus AND consumer fraud because they also have me social. If its a lawyer they want.. lawyer they get.

These morans that have nothing better to do..kept calling my job asking for me regarding a lawsuit being held agains me and talking about legal matters..I've never even borrowed a loan from them..and I have no idea how they got my information..the moran's name is Ray Sleck. I told him that if he kept calling me back I would definitely put a lawsuit against him..he just kept calling my job. I told my manager and she told him to stop calling me.

They have been calling me everyday for a week, and they called my boss yesterday.  I don't even know who these people are? But once I told hom it was illegal to call business phone numbers he got all irate and hung up. These call and give you white bread amercian names but their accents are so thick you barely understand them.  This is what happens when customer service goes over seas and then their criminals get your information and the result is this. It's annoying and the federal government needs to put a stop to it.

These people have called me off and on for several months. With the same story of a legal matter and they need to speak to my lawyer. When I asked why & who they were they said that there was a legal matter and I would be arrested soon. I asked them if this was a real matter why have I not recieved and info by mail or from thecourts. They said I would be arrested if i did not do as i was told. They read from a script with such a bad accent.  We should all give out the number and flood them with calls back to tie up thier lines!

I just received a call from them, when i started to ask questions regarding the allegation about me he refuse and hung up on me, so i called back he told me tp stop bothering them.  I kept calling back and they keep hanging up on me.  There are a bunch of scam artist that make threats.  Before he hung on me i told him that i will get an attorney and will call them back i told him to give me until the end of today, he stated no you have 1 hr which is bull.  then hung up now will not answer my calls.

Caller- I think "joseph" clearly not his real name because the accent is mid-eastern! Caller threaten that this is an extreme urgent legal matter and he would need my attorney on record. Rest assurred that this is extremely important and time sensitive. He told me I would be arrested from either my work or home and good luck to me then becasue bad things would happen to me. Really, my husband is a local police officer; this can't happen and it's a scam. There's no warrant fo rmy arrest and no claim. When questioned the caller gets very irate and starts yelling- when I asked for documentation - he said I could read it while I'm sitting in jail! I'm not sure how these threats are legal and allowed to go on.

I am receiving threatening phone calls from this scam artist that claims we owe a $2000 for a payday loan we never received or accepted.  I want them to stop calling my house, it is against the law to threaten someone, so I know my rights.

Same as everyone else. I too am receiving these obnoxious/threatening calls from this number at work. I DO NOT have a loan with these people nor have I ever heard of them. They gave me 5 whole minutes to retain an attorney which we all know is not possible!!! Anyway the accent is so thick I can barely understand what "Joseph" (that's what he calls himself) is saying. I want thm to stop calling me I have called the Federal Trade commission and the consumer fraud number. Also when I ask for information about this they say they can't give it to me. REALLY????????

This is a scam. I've been dealing with these calls for about three months. If you call them back, you end up getting in an argument and they hang up on you. I talked with my attorney and she assured me that it's a scam. In fact, they keep changing locations and numbers when the heat starts getting on them. Once you start questioning them and they hang up, you usually don't hear from them again for about a month. If you don't call back, they will keep calling! Call back and start questioning them. They will get frustrated and hang up.

I got the same phone calls some guy who states his calling from Morris Law Firm Jack Thomas or Robert Matthews. Leaving  Thearting message and even calling my job. These idiots have nothing better to do. Is there anything I cam do

I received another call today from a different person named Justin Jones (heavy mid-eastern accent) from Legal Services and I REFUSE TO REURN THEIR CALLS!!!  This is a SCAM and I have reported them to the FBI, FTC, State Attorney's office, local police and this has to STOP!!!!  Being harassed by these [***] has to stop.  They have stolen our idenity from a company and are trying to threaten us with arrest and going to jail.  It is all a big scam and these calls are made offshore with prepaid cell phones or through the internet.  They are wasting their time calling me because I will never ever return their call back.  This has been happening since November, 2010.  Let us citizens stand together and get rid of this TRASH!!!!!

I got this call today. Before it was a guy from a prestigious NY firm. This guy "Joseph" does not like to be questioned. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he had the gall to tell me that he was the supervisor! He told me that I need an attorney within 12 hours or the law will come for me.

I have received numerous calls from this company---they do not call me directly, they call my boss and she has to transfer the calls. She has told them to stop calling and I have told them to, but they continue to call. Same as above-- they have very American names w/ very strong forign accents and hard to understand. They claim they are going to sue me for $2700 but will settle for $358. Can not send me anything on this because that is considered them taking legal action. ?? They have my checking account # and my social security #. Claim the loan was taken out in February 2011, but they have been calling my boss  since October 2010. My big clue was they do not have the name of my bank correct, or my email address. When I ask them their address, they hang up. If you harrass them enough they will rattle off: 1609 Bayview Ct. Ft. Meyer, FL 33097. Which is not a real address. At one point they answered the phone: "What the hell do you want" I said excuse me and the response I got was: "Do you want us to [***] you, [***]" I AM CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I AM CONTACTING THE SOCIAL SECRUTIY ADMINISTRATION TODAY. And I suggest if they have your information, you do the same.

I TOLD HIM I NEVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN AND WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN HE PUT ME ON HOLD CAME BACK GOING THRU PAPERS AND SAID I DONT HAVE WHEN IT HAPPENED BUT IT WAS FROM CASHNET USA. SO I CALLED THEM AND PROVIDED MY INFO WITH THEIR COLLECTIONS DEPT NO RECORD WAS FOUND. THIS IS CRAZY CAUSE THEY HAVE ALL MY ACCURATE INFO AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. NOT ONLY ARE THEY CALLING MY CELL BUT ALSO MY JOB.ITS EMBRASSING TO HAVE MY COWORKERS THINK THAT I CANT AFFORD TO PAY MY BILLS BUT IM DRIVING A BRAND NEW CAR. SMH
