I don't know if this is a legitimant company

Did you find out whether or not they are legit? Because our company got a call from them and we placed an order and they are charging so much to return items and i even asked them for their website, they gave me a website called clipsnthings.com and it doesn't look like a real website. So please, if you know anything about this can you please let me know? Thank you.

This is a legit company, I have dealt with them for the last 12 years.It is just like any other company you can't please everyone.

Amanda, this is NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!  They are office supply scammers!!!  Report your experience with the US Post Office, the Attorney General's office, and the police!  These people should remember that once they mail goods acquired via fraudulant means they have committed a FEDERAL OFFENSE!!!

This is not a legit company - they scam you by saying they got your name from the Chamber of Commerce or the county and they are trying to liquidate office supplies. Once they get you sucked in they send you office supplies that are 2-3 times higher than the average price of office supplies plus a shipping charge that is outrageous. Staples gives free shipping on any orders over $100. Any company that does not have a website that you can go to and a phone number that is outbound only is SCAMMING.

I have been scammed by this company.  They have numerous complaints with the BBB.  The lady from the company told me that the BBB is one big scam.  I am trying to get all of the products sent back to them.  The sheriff's dept. in Gainesville, TX told me not to pay them anything and immediately return the items to them.  I wish I had never talked to these folks.

I also agree with you.  I recieved a call and they said they were going out of business and had to get rid of these items at a low price.  I told them to send me an invoice with pricing before we could approve it and next thing you know the supplies are at my office and then later a 4000.00 bill comes in the mail.  i asked to have them returned and she stated I would have to pay plus a 15% restocking fee, finally told them either you send out mailing labels or I will consider these items a gift and they sent me labels, but not enough for all the boxes, so here we go again.  I have better things to do with my time then fight with a company that is dirty.

I also agree with everything that you have said and also most of the other comments that are posted. I had told the lady when I contacted them the other day about being in contact with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. She told me that she would have to get with her Supervisor and call me back. She did call back after I left and left a message saying that she would call me back the next day. That would have been last Thursday and I have yet to hear back from her.

I work at a law firm and we order just about every time they call . Always goes fine. I guess to each their own,but it seems kind of inappropiate to talk SO negative about an office supply order. Just sayin....

How did it get resolved?  I just got scammed, I'm so mad at them (and myself) - stupid!!!  How do I get these items returned and out of this $7000 bill?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!! This sounds so familiar!!! How could I be so stupid! The lady sad she had a recording of me saying ok to her prices. Well, in my daily work when someone says 36 I think of 36 items. Well, I somehow ordered 36 cartons? Bill was outrageous and no way to get out of it. Items came before invoice! By the time invoice arrives, company says they have already turned over to collections!

I do the ordering for an entire school district. They initially called me and I ordered, about a year later they called and had some different stuff asked if I could use I said yeah....they sent way more than I intended but when I called they were very nice and let me return the things I didn't want.
