I got a call yesterday from them saying that i owned them money

I too received a call from Gina Wells stating that I have to call them.

I received a call from Brandy Taylor and she stated that I need to make arraignments for a pay day loan that I took out July 2011.  On the previous day, a man called from 865-512-8067 and stated that if I sent him $300 it would pay off my loan, which I never pursued.  Brandy called me from 888-630-1764

I called this number today and this is a total scam they don't even have hours of operation the phone keeps ringing and says thank you for calling gobal if you know your ext please dail it now if not hit zero for an operator what company says that

Received 2 calls from this number today, July 5th, from a John Turner, needing to serve one of our employees some papers regarding a formal claim he received today on his desk on behalf of some other company, and it was the same story for both calls received but for 2 different employees. In no moment during the call did the caller state his company's name, I had to call the 1-888-630-1764 to check the name, 'Global', the phone rang, rang, and rang for a while without anyone answering. They wanted to talk with the employees' supervisor, for which we don't allow such thing for any of our employees' personal business matters. The guy was a real jerk and wanted to speak to Human Resources to find out our company's policy regarding this issue, and need to contact the employees before coming in to our offices to serve the formal order... I guess they must be hard of hearing cause I clearly stated that all personal matters need to address during our employees' own time. He gave me a reference number to use when the employees call then back, which I did not take down, as this clearly sounds like a scam. Don't let this people fool you, I have dealt with plenty of scammers and this is just another payloan scam, probably from people applying for loan through Advanced Cash advances.

You have a right to not provide them with any information, and if they are willing to go to your job or home to formally served you, well let them and just be waiting with the police on the other side of your door. All companies have policies regarding this.

You can also filled a formal complaint with the FBI and Better Business Bureau. As I have done so for plenty of Scamming Companies.

Received a call at my home for my son.
   from Beacon Ny 845-765-3269
  claiming he was an investigator
  he was just hired today.
   Then he said he wanted
  my son to contact 888-630-1760
  and gave a claim number
  Out of being curious I called
 the number and said Global
  leave a message with an operator.
  There was no operator or customer service
  person.
  So I checked the number on line and find
 this number as a scam for collecting money
  that people do not owe. Also it shows
  this number as being owned by tree of life ministry
 you call the number and it says global.

I got a call from a James Warmish at 206-430-5972 saying this was my final warning, to call 888-630-1764 for mediation before he delivered the papers with a claim and charges against me.  I called the 888 # like several others and it is a recording saying it is Global.  I see others have said they claim it's for a payday loan; it is possible because I did have one several years ago but it was dischaged in a bankruptcy in 2010.  After reading the other comments posted here, I will not be calling either Global or James Warmish.

Well I got a call from a really rude lady non the less at my place of employment. N she was talking non sense about how she has papers right in front of her that are sealed. N all she could tell me was that they could possibly take me to court where I would have to stand in front of a judge. From there I was like to what does this regards to. She of course could not tell me she just kept telling me that she recieved the letter on tuesday. Well then she gave me another number with a case number. When I closed the phone call with her I had ask for her name n she hung up on me.   So I did call the number and I spoke sum John Turner person, well he said that I had a loan takin out as of july of last year (2011). I told him sir I know exactly what loans where taking out and they were both had already been paid off. Then he directed to my so called case manager sum guy named Andrew well he was in such a rush, I told him that I counldn't talk right now cause yall called my job and now I have to get back to work, he to was rude. He told me that we need to come up with a payment plan to pay off my $550 dollar loan. I was like well I'll talk to u tomorrow and he hung up. Well before he hung up he told me how he was going to get my local police department on me to serve me in court. I was like bring it on!

They said to md that if I don't pay they would sent documents to my house but here's the catch I was never presented with doucments

Got a call from 979-217-5768 from John Turner.  My daughter received a call from 512-213-0969 from John Turner.  He's obviously scrambling his caller id number.  He said I had charges against me and needed to call Global at 85-405-9167 and gave me a claim number.  He said he would give me 45 minutes to call them and he would call me back about serving me with papers to go to court to answer the charges.  I googled everything and found it to be a scam.  I turned off the caller id on my cell phone and called Global.  I had to press "0" for the operator.  Guess who the operator was?  John Turner.  He never said his name but it was the same voice.  I merely stated I had the wrong number and hung up.  Thirty minutes later, he called me back.  I didn't answer and he called THREE TIMES IN A ROW!!!  He never left a message.  I say bring it on!  I have done nothing to have charges filed against me.

Received a call from this number but couldn't understand what they were saying as the person speaking had a heavy accent. When I don't answer they don't leave a clear message or reason why they are calling.
