First of all it's illegal to threaten you with arrest. There is no debtor's prison in the United States. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFO as they can clean out your account and you have no recourse. I had the same problem with them and am in the process of suing them when I found out that I HAD paid the debt off with the original company. Since then I've gotten a cell phone and do not answer my land line as I'm harvesting voice mails. I also changed my bank to keep them from getting anything out of it as I made the mistake and they did debit my account until I found out they were a scam. Get a GOOD ATTORNEY and take them to court. Go to
www.NACA.com for one. It won't cost you anything. Bud Hibbs has an excellent website for you to get more information:
www.budhibbs.com. Good luck but I don't think you'll need it. AG&A has enough lawsuits against them and enough evidence to prove they're violating your rights. Sounds like they've gotten rid of all the ones working there and have a new batch of miscreants on board.
