It is Emphasize Solutions which says it is a PC Support business.  I have never dealt with them, and just tried to call them back but their line is constantly busy.  If this is for real, they should be busted for calling people on the Do Not Call list

This is annoying. We are on a National Do Not Call list. If a business or politicians Can Not or Will Not identify who they are we will not answer the call. I have been interrupted at meetings with these calls.

I don't know a lot about computers, but I'm damn sure my "personal computer" (which I don't own) didn't send some random PC solutions company in India a bug report that says my computer is infected with a virus that only they can fix.

another rogue overseas scammer trying to tell me my computer has a bug. hahahahahahaha I just laughed and hung up. They are sooooo st***  I have a mac not a pc. Where is the "call type" telescum?

I am on the DNC list too. These guys are not legit. The DNC list is working because the only calls I get are from scammers.

Yes also got a call saying my comp needs to looked at now,calling from HP they say..apparently they tried to fix a virus.?..i called HP & they said they do not do this type of calling.

I just got this ""tech support" call but they did not realize I am a real support engineer and saw thru this instantly. This call was a ransom ware type call. If you get any calls from WINDOWS TECH SUPPORT about viruses, you should hang up immediately and not do anything they want. Microsoft does not monitor pc's for viruses and further, how would any company even know how to contact you. I can't  believe these idiots are still able to do this.

I could tell this was not legit because it only got in one ring before it bounced to a blocking service that intercepts non-legitimate robocalls. This service is available free and is technically possible because my landline is U-verse.  One is not allowed to mention the name of this service here. But it works.
