I don't mind getting calls from this number. We must repeal this monstrocity.

Yeah, repeal this monstrocity (sic).  I would hate to have to STOP paying for the medical care of all the uninsured in this country.  And that whole thing about for-profit health insurers not being able to deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions....what's that all about?  If those idiots with the pre-existing conditions would just not have gotten those conditions, they'd be fine!  How dare we as a people actually care about our fellow citizens!  PROFITS above all else in this country!

Oh, and Steve...please repeat 7th grade so you can understand my first sentence above.  We'll work on explaining the rest of my reply after you finish Jr. High.

I dont mind them calling me. I support there cause. I need less gov. in my life. I am without health care for the 1st time in my life. And I realize this is my problem.We should also those who are in need, but they should also help themself.

I get calls from this number because I called that dumb Mike Huckabee number from that ad on tv one night when I was bored and told him we need to END FOR-PROFIT HEALTH CARE in this country and use a system similar to Canada or the UK that doesn't favor the rich and powerful.  Now they are probably calling back for a donation - BECAUSE if you ever called that number from his TV ads, after they ask if they can add your name to their stupid list (I said yes, I'm Darth Vader, son of Cheney) then they start hitting you up for contributions and transfer you to some payment person.  Huckabee doesn't care about the health care law one way or another - he's got unlimited health care for life thanks to YOUR tax money.  He is doing this for his corporate masters.  The Republicans are 100% owned by the corporations and the Dems about 50%.  We're in big trouble here people.  If you think Huckabee actually cares about you, you're beyond help.

Oh certainly, a system like the UK or Canada. Why don't you just MOVE there and spare us the aggravation of a six month wait for major surgery, doctors' waiting rooms filled with leeches who have a COLD, and, oh, BTW, when the wealthy ( such as Pierre Trudeau, his wife and other "elites" get really sick THEY COME HERE  for their medical care. It is true, I don't care if you believe it or not. You are entitled to your OWN OPINIONS, BUT NOT YOUR OWN FACTS.
Had this same discussion with a very pleasant girl in Montreal, at the Canadian Grand Prix about a year ago. She and her boyfriend didn't even KNOW that this was going on. Like you, they need to do some study, and learn the facts. Hey, Canada isn't that far off. MOVE THERE and receive their wonderful, Socialist health care system. I wouldn't have it for the world. This number calls me every day and sometimes several times a day .  I want it stopped.

That's the problem with people like you in this country, you have too much time on your hands, and get bored much too often. Then you like to do destructive things to occupy your time. I am on disability, and medicare, I HAVE to be. However I do not like the idea of people going around looking for free things instead of just enjoying their FREEDOM, and pursuing THEIR own happiness and prosperity, as opposed to pursuing the destruction of others. I would actually benefit from this bill, yet I have already seen it's devastating impact on my family. We need to enforce old laws before we make new ones. What ever happened to reason and common sense in this society?
Also I happen to know for a fact that NO ONE cares about me and my family, but me and my family, and that it is our responsibility to care for one another, NOT the government, and NOT the rich.

I didn't put myself in this situation, but due to unplanned medical and life issues, beyond my cause, I am in this situation, and do not have health care.  I support health care reform.

How did you get a hold of them to ask them?  I always get a recording that doesn't allow for interaction.

Received a cal from this number and a recorded message indicated it was from Mike Huckabee's repeal healthcare outfit.  I would have advised I was on the 'Do Not Call' list and to not call me again but it was a recorded message.  I've had other calls from this number and hung up quickly but this time I listened and in the end they were asking for a donation.

Phone calls like this are intended to protect us from the dumb and ingorant who shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Just rec'd a call, this time is was for support of the Fair Tax Bill.  I'm in favor of this and would contribute if I could, but things a just a bit too tight to do this right now.
