Keeps calling my phone 20xs in a day and my employment

Yes mine too!! I will be getting my number change!! not sure how I can stop them!! they don't want to give out there address but they claim it's  legit company!

Threating me with fraud

i get 15 calls a day they said they were a company i owed money too and turns i called the real company my self and they said its not them nor did they ask another company to call me.

Don't know but they were talking about a lawsuit....my guess is prosecutor or dept collector.

Said I had a file number and charges against me. Sounded threatening. Was not there at the time

They called both mine and my husband repetitively. Called, hung up, repeat, several times. Left a message stating my husband had charges filed against him, she also claimed she went to my husbands place of work and spoke to his employer. This was false. My husband spoke to his legal department at his employer and they said no such conversation happened. Dishonest people who ever they are. Do not give any personal information.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED EVERYONE THAT STAYED CLOSE TO ME WITH THE SAME LAST NAME I HAD.THEY WOULD FIRST START OFF BY SAYING THAT I ORDERED SOMETHING THEN THEY WOULD SAY DO THEY KNOW ME. They call up to 5 times a day.

22 Feb 2013 received a call for someone else with my last name.  The message said who they were Sarah Marshall 888 644 5573. at the end of the message she stated that the person she called for (which was not me) was now served..

Scam--can not serve you by phone.
