Got a text from this number around midnight. It said that a suspicious withdrawal had been made from FedChoice Federal Credit Union and I should call this number to activate my card. But I don't have an account at that bank. Sounds like phishing to me.

Also got a text from them, sunday 11/4 just before 9pm. The real fedchoice fcu has a warning on their home page, they (obviously) didn't send them. Ignore!

Forward the text to 7726:

Security company Cloudmark created a spam messaging reporting service that nation’s major wireless carriers agreed earlier this year to start using. Now, customers of AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint and others can forward their text spam message to 7726. The mobile phone carrier will ask customers for the phone number that’s linked to the spam message so they and Cloudmark can start investigating.
