Collection Bureau of America - I recieved a call on my cellphone that I missed on purpose - I don't answer any phone calls I don't recognize! But I did call the number back to see who it was.  The woman that answered said, "Collection Bureau of America - please hold" didn't wait for an answer, just put me on hold. Yeah--right.  I hung up after that.
