- Joe| 3 repliesThis number sent me a fax saying that you could get a vacation package at wholesale price for $3000 off the normal price per couple. Its from the "company HR dept." I didnt even bother calling because if it was legit it would have had their company name and much more about the information (including legal info) than was present on the fax.

- Beck| 2 repliesAt least once a week we get a fax from this number offering access to company vacation packages at a wholesale rate where you save $3000. As if a trip to Jamaica or the Dominican Republic for 6days and 5nights would really be legit for $175 per person!!!!! Are we done yet? I almost fell for this once until I thought logically. I know someone who got a cheap deal to Jamaica and ended up staying in a bad part of the island and was not able to leave their resort at night because of it's dangerous location, the place was swarming with cats, and the power would go out every night at 9pm. Please don't fall for these scams.

- Geeves| 1 replyI knew it was a scam from the get go. I called them back incessantly for about an hour call after call after call until they got frustrated. They actually stopped hanging up on me and started berating me! I knew it was finally getting through to them when I asked are you tired of me calling and they actually said YES! How funny is that? If anyone else has the time (even a few minutes) I suggest you do the same. The call actually costs them MONEY and if anything you are keeping them from scamming someone else.
- Caller: Yuuuuuuup!

I did not find this number in the Internet. It is not a travel agency! Our mistake was- that we gave thm our credit card number. Don't do it!!!! It is a scam!!!! Be careful!

- A1SWEETCOOKIES replies to Beck| 1 replyBEEN TO JAMAICA, AND NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GO OUT WITHOUT AN ESCORT. THEY WILL TELL YOU HOW FAR DOWN THE STREET TO GO AND WHERE NOT TO GO BECAUSE IT IS DANGEROUS. TOOK ONE OF THESE VACATION PACKAGES TWICE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
- A1SWEETCOOKIES| 8 repliesI HAVE TRIED A COUPLE OF THESE PACKAGES, ONE FROM A PHONE AND ONE FROM A FAX AND DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM. EVEN WHEN I COULD NOT TAKE THE TRIP IN THE TIME REQUIRED I WAS ABLE TO EXTEND IT FOR A SMALL FEE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE. SOMETIMES THEY MAKE UP THE COST WITH REQUIRING YOU TO DO ON A CONDO TOUR, NO BIG DEAL. I AM NOT SURE IF THEY ARE ALL LEGIT BUT SO FAR I HAD GOOD LUCK AND AM CONSIDERING TRYING IT AGAIN, I AM JUST NOT FOND OF JAMICA AND WILL ALL THE BAD THINGS THAT GO ON IN MEXICO I AM IN NO HURRY TO GO THERE EITHER. IF THEY SEND OUT A FAX WITH A PLACE I HAVEN'T BEEN OR WOULD LOVE TO GO AGAIN I WILL TRY IT. IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR CREDIT CARD, USE A PREPAID ONE.

- DocLIt is amazing how the scammer gets into the thread to say they didn't have a problem with them, yet they can't undo their CapLock key. But if you go to the FCC and other authorities, travel scams are at the top of the list.
The FCC.gov junkfax site has a list of fax spammers who have outstanding judgements against them for breaking the various laws, many of them are Travel scams.- Caller: Travel Scam
