also a sluggish voice that said it would be in your best interest to call back for the "finalization process".  Gave this phone number to contact Mr Abraham at x220

I got a message in the form of a jingle from a Mike Thomas.

Received a call on my cell from a male that did not identify himself and said that this was our last call to settle this matter individually or to have our attorney contact him in a "threatening" manner.  Call (888) 678-9006 x 220

He called from his cell number (760) 646-8566 - Apple Valley, CA

This is a 3rd party debt collection agency good luck with them

Receive two phone calls from this number....one said it was "Dad" and to call him back immediately..it wasn't and didn't even sound like him.....the second said Mr. Abraham,ext.231....said the same number on my voicemail....afraid to call.

Mr James Green, from ARS - 888-678-9006.  Have no idea who this is, but he scared my daughter (she's 17!).  Asked her name & where he could find me - where I worked - etc...NOT RIGHT, whoever he is or who he works for.

My father has been receiving calls from this company asking about a debt he supposedly owes. They might have his name right, but the SS# they have is wrong, and he has never had the credit card that they are calling about. He has told them this twice already, they still don't get it.
He's gotten the calls from James Green, and the other guy was named Leonard.

I got a call from a "Mr. Odom" regarding an "urgent matter" that just hit his desk. It's a collection agency.

A [***] called me from this number. I had no idea what he was saying it was as if he was talking with gumballs in his mouth.

These people that call and work for debt collectors are nothing more than LOSERS. The only way they can feel as if they belong in society is to harass people they don't even know or see. If these losers ever came to my forest they would run away while sh***ing themselves. Truth is they bought debt from a bank that has already been compensated by you through our tax payer funded bailout and they probably paid 10 cents on the dollar for it. It's a crap shoot with them much like Vegas. What to do? Answer the phone, say hello can you please hold on? set the phone down and have a beer.

These people called my employer to verify my employment.  His name was Mr. Orengo with ARS supposedly.  I think it is assett recovery trying to collect on an old credit card debt that I let go.  Since they are verifing employment I guess maybe they are getting ready to sue.

These people have been attempting to contact me for over a week...everytime they call they are trying to get more information from whomever aswers the phone.  Today, Mr. Younan called my parent's home and then asked for my cell phone # and my sister refused.  She told him I was at work and asked where I worked (none of his business!!!).  She told him that she was not giving out that information and he said, "that's fine...i'll get it myself one way or another."  A few days ago he called and told the person that answered the phone that it was a work call!  This is NOT right!!!  He isn't even contacting my home..he's been contacting my parent's home....I'm a grown woman who hasn't lived at home in many many years!  I'm VERY annoyed...I have a friend that's a credit attorney and am going to report this!

I just spoke to Mr. Yonan and he practically yelled at me because I asked to speak to the representative that I was dealing with from Asset Recovery Solutions, apparently it was after hours when I called.

I, too, got a call reversal from these people. I pulled my credit report to determine what I owed since being laid off 2 years ago. Now working 2 ft jobs to pay off debt. First I got a rude guy who yelled and threatened, then called back and got a female, "Jamie". Finally I called back on March 7, 2011 and was making payment arrangements but something did not seem right. So cancelled everything on March 25, 2011. A Ms. Roberts was sarcastic, then a guy called back and was yelling and threatening to take my house, my bank account, my truck and notify my employer and garnish my wages. Really? In TX? I don't think so. This is Asset Recovery Solutions, LLC supposedly based in Des Plaines Il, but caller ID shows Louisiana and a search of Illinois businesses shows nothing. This is what is out ragious, I called them to set up payment or pay off, they didn't contact me.
