These people have been calling me on a debt that was paid five years ago.  They are requesting my bank numbers and credit card numbers.  They do not send anything in writing, just call over the phone.

they are very annoying, and their call has no basis at all, just
fishing for info...it's absurd, and violates

They called at 8:20 pm and was looking for Tina adn then told them they had the wrong # they called again looking for a different woman, and again I told them they had the wrong number each time I asked to be removed from their service and both people were rude and told me they would, guess we will see.

These people have been calling me three or four times a day for weeks now.  Only three times have they bothered to leave a message and when they do it's some stupid recording that they're calling about a debt.  I have no idea why are calling me, but it it getting very annoying.  I file a complaint with the  National Do Not Call Registry every time they call me.  The other day I actually called the number back that shows up on my caller idea.  Of course I used *67 first so my number wouldn't show up.  The woman who answered the phone said "hello, can I help you?"  I didn't say anything.  She said "I have caller id you know."  At that point, I hung up, but I really wanted to say, ya I know and I'm going to start calling you and hanging up four times a day.  Geesh.  I just want it to stop and I don't know what to do about it.  Any suggestions?

I just started getting these calls.  Im also getting calls from "AIS serviecs LLC" another "collection agency". 3-4 times a day. However my Wife and I carry no debt.  I believe these are both scams. Tyring either to get me to send them money or to get and or verify personal information.  Which in this day and age can be more valuable then money.

I also get calls from these jerks from another phone number/computer, 800-955-3103.  I know better than to give out info over the phone.  Besides, if they were a legitimate debt collector, they'd KNOW my info already.

They need to be stopped from scamming people.

This company is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Sloppy record keeping, failure to validate at every level, under-trained, uneducated collectors SEVERELY lacking in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act training.

Intellirisk must be making BIG bucks in collecting because they sure don't spend it to insure they comply with the laws. Student loans with these idiots is a nightmare. Most Allied collector's don't have a clue in handling even the most basic of consumer complaints. Loans that have been paid, in the wrong names and outdated credit bureau reporting are fast targets for lawsuits because Allied is unable or unwilling to respond.

If you receive a collection notice from Allied DISPUTE IT! Even though you will never receive a reply, it is important that you use the law to your advantage. Allied aptly fits the saying; "the right hand hasn't a clue what the left hand is doing" Brain-Dead! Idiots! Untrained!

May I state again....THANK GOD FOR THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT!! Someone in Washington must have had a dream about companies like Allied to enact the law. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

These people call 4-5 times a day regarding a "debt". When asked to send proof of said debt...WE NEVER RECEIVE A DARN THING in writing! Always want payment over the phone. I DON'T THINK SO!

Same BS this morning at 09:30. Told them there was no one

Called today looking for my father, who I haven't spoken to in years.  They would not identify themselves, except as "Mr. Sanchez".  When I pressed for more information they hung up on me.  When I called them back, they became rude and evasive.

They've called many times over the last couple months.  They keep asking for someone not living in my house.  I keep asking them to remove my phone number, but they never have.  I am getting so tired of them.

Wow, I've just been getting calls from this number for the past two weeks. Very persistent. I thought I'd look the number up online and this page showed up. I thought I was the only one. I don't owe a debt to anyone and this number have been calling me day and night as early as 9am. Crazy.
