This company calls every day on my cell phone. I told them to stop calling and asked to include my number in their No Call list but every time I mention the "List" they hang up! How do I stop the calls?
The company from 888-682-0313 calls 3x a day and never leaves a message. If you pick up the phone - you have to wait a little for a person to come on. They must use a computer generated calling system....annoying. I finally answered it to tell them to take me off their list. It is a co. called websitepros.com (may be associated with vistaprint - not sure). I was somewhat interested in their advertising product and they'll check back in 6 months. HOWEVER, I would prefer if they would have simply left a message of their products. They've annoyed me soooooo much by so many calls and no messages that I will most likely choose a company that is more respectful to their customers - of me and my time.
It seems like this number is somehow related to Vista Print. I found on another website that lots of people who ordered something from Vista Print get calls from 888-682-0313. Call them back and register you phone number in their do not call list.
I'm a vista print customer, too. I get at least one call a day from this number. And as someone else said, they are sneaky--To the person who had an unauthorized cc charge of $14.95...Well, in one of my 2-3 daily emails from Vista Print now, was a notice that if I didn't cancel the "membership" that I'd supposedly signed up for, I was going to get charged $14.95/month.
I just had it out with one of the phone operators at this 888-584-2217, it is a company called Business Max. She told me that I signed up for it by clicking on a banner. Never have I clicked on a banner, inadvertently or not in all of the internet's days. I was billed $14.95 and was about to receive another bill, when I called demanding a refund. She cancelled my "subscription" and said in two business days my card would receive a refund. I used to like Vista Print, but now they are on my crap list too.
They are a website promoter paying Vistaprint (and other vendorss) for your number. Call them after hours and using their own OPT-OUT service (via keypad) you can 'opt-out' from their list and they are obligated to stop calling you...
I called the number. They're a company called Website Pros and get these phone numbers from places like Vista Print, Yahoo and others. They call business lines, so if you use your cell phone for business (as I do), then they'll keep calling. When you call, press 1, then record your name, business, phone number and any message. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they don't call again. Telling someone not to call again is useless and pointless.
I am already on the do not call list and yet they called me. apparently they got my number from vistaprint where i ordered business cards. I hope they dont call again otherwise they are getting reported on the do not call website.
calls me at least 2 times a day on my cell and never leave a message. my vm and messaging went goofy one afternoon and i ended up pressing a bunch of buttons on this person and i had a vm of a girl who said ''thank you for your time'' and then just hung up.
I too, ordered from Vista Print, and got my first call from this number today. Will call Visa Print direct and address this issue. Let you know how it goes.
i get this call once a day. i ordered from vista print. i will never order from them again if they are willing to sell my number. i am on the national do not call list so vista print and this company will be reported.
Called my cell phone, I could tell they were trying to sell something! Told them not to call me again. Hour or so passes and they called me back I simply cancled the callon my cell phone. I to am a Vista Print Customer!
I do not know how much good it will be to remind them about the No Call list, however they are a publicly traded company, VistaPrint (Nasdaq: VPRT) and accountable to their stockholders. If negative press results in negative returns for their stockholders, then their current actions could border on criminal.
It may help to complain to your local investigative reporters for radio and television, the securities and exchange commission and the Interstate Commerce Commission.
If VistPrint gets enough negative exposure the National Sercurites and Exchange Commission may investigate.
I am sick of getting their calls every night as well.
