This is the Ayo-Ade-One vision that stole $312.34 from my mother's account. 1-888-689-1240. Supposingly an "identity theft protection plan" ironic, isn't it? She banks at BB&T

They did the same to me.  $324.83.  I've called and the call is sent to an automated messaging center that is always full!!!!!!!!!!!  We bank at Compass.

The same thing happened to me on 8/4 to the tune of $370.22.  They actually printed a check with name just slightly misspelled.

This number appears on a fraudulent check which was written against my account.  It is listed as the customer service number for Ayo-Ade-One Vision.  It is answered by voicemail and calls are not returned.

Elderly aunt's account was hit for $361.23.  An unauthorized automatic draft of her account.  No answer at phone number.  Run out of an apartment in NY.

Report this to the bank.  You have 60 days to make a claim to get the $$ back.  Don't wait!

A check for $158.21 (which I know nothing about) was drawn against my account in early August 2010.  I reported to my bank and when I looked up this company online, I see several other people who experienced the same thing but in larger $$ amounts.

[***] wrote a bank draft-looking check against my account at Chase Bank on 8/6/10 to the tune of $357.64.  Everything was typed and unsigned. The deposit side was hand written. Fuc  king [***]!! They pissed off the wrong person! I got hit twice by two F'ing scammers in 3 months. I'm calling the FBI and closing my account as soon as I get my money back. Gonna get Lifelock too.

They just did the same thing to me $361.55. kind of scary that anyone can just write a fake check against your account

I just got a fraudulent check written against my account for 171.62 I have no idea who this company is!  I'm so glad you guys posted this info or I would've never known, i'm going to my bank to dispute this!  What can we do to file a report against them??

...they stole 320.93 from my elderly mom just yesterday 8/16/10!  Let's get em. Chase Bank will file a fraud claim for your money back.  The problem is they will keep doing it while we all go broke!  This is the second time in 2 months.

Thanks for all your info. on Ayo-Ade-One Vision I just checked my online checking acct. and there it was a pending check dated 8-16-10 in the amt. of $365.12.  I had not ever heard of this co. and after calling several times and getting the voice mail they do not want to hear from me.  The madding part was the check was made out to them, with no signature from me.  They used my madien name and address of over 6 years.  How can people get away with this.  We need to contact someone besides our banks.  This is fraud.  I am all in for any suggestions, if anyone has some.

I had a fraudlant check cashed against my account from this company in the amount of $371.26 just yesterday (8/17).  The check number isn't even near the series I'm using now.  I will be going to my bank this afternoon to file a report.  This is like the 5th time something like this has happened to me this year!!!!  I am seriously considering changing banks all together because this is happening too frequenly.

I am also filing a complaint with the FTC and anybody else I can think of.

They hit my Mom's checking account at Chase bank for over $350. We got the money back from Chase fraud dept. and closed the acct. I suspect that Chase will "chase what matters" here :)  I don't think that Chase finds this very humorous.

This outfit, Ayo-Ade One Vision just stole $366 from my elderly mother's bank account too--automatic withdrawal, somehow.  The phone number on their acct. is disconnected or something.

Ditto Terri's post above, except it was on 8/17, check# 2354, for $343, payable to AYO-ADE-ONE VISION.  And to make matters worse, the bank informed me that there are legit companies out there, with whom we all do bsns, who will sell our auto-debit info to other companies.  ...Isn't that just so nice!  -- the creeps.  

AND -- To my knowledge, there was no phone call made that my mom would have received because her phone was been down until the 18th.  Nice huh?

they stole 350 from my account, chase wont give me back a refund cuz it happened to me a year ago too, but chase is bull crapp cuz they let electronic checks go in withouht first asking wtf cant they txt me or call me to authorize an electronic check, anyone that has chase , change accounts they suck at this they dont help, i closed my accounts.

They just stoe $353.90 from my deceased mothers account. This kind of stuff must stop. What can we do
