They called me pretending to be my credit card company, I gave them my personal information and card number, then said the charge to lower my interest rates was $998. I immediately told them no way! and sure enough next day there was a charge on my account, this company is a scam, uses the name card services when they call you, beware, don't give them your information!!!  they are located in Longwood Florida per Discover!!!

I signed up with this company after spending more than an hour on the phone with them...after being pushed to give all of my personal CC information and belittled as if I was stupid or ignorant if I didn't I finally gave in.  I was promised a 0-3% interest rate for lifetime and told they were my cc company. All I had to do was pay them $1498 to do so.   I called them multiple times and got the run around and was continually hung up on. I contacted my CC company and filed a fraud alert and disputed the charge and was refunded in a timely matter!  Please don't do business with this company they are a SCAM and will not do anything for your debt but put you deeper in it!!!

This company called using a local area code. I answered the phone and the people said they were Credit Card Services and they could help lower my interest rate to 3.9%. The condition was they were being reimbursed $898 via interest that I would pay in. This conversation took place over an hour and I had them on speaker phone with another person present to witness the conversation. I became skeptical so I called the customer service number that given to me for any questions. I received answering machine every time I called. This is a SCAM! This caller placed $898 on my credit card. Currently in dispute.

I also received a call from this company saying they could lower my credit card rates to 0% with a new card issued through Bank of America. With a $598.00 fee charged to my Discover card. I thought something was not right because they kept calling me back after their hours of operation to verify with other people. I Googled the name first and came up with  no matches. I also told them I thought it was a scam and they kept re-assuring me it wasn't. i froze my discover account and called them to report the card stolen. I talked to their fraud department and they are going to watch the account now as the merchant has already put the charge into a pending status. They have closed the first account and are issuing a new account with a new number. I have only one more bank to call so I am frotunate that I don't have more than 2 credit cards that we use! Good luck with yours. Sue them, I say!

So sorry you got scammed, I did too, and I am posting it all over the internet and all the news channels in Michigan! They need to be CAUGHT!!

Wow, I am sorry for your loss of that much money, I was scammed too but for $598.00. I reported them to my credit card companies, as I gave them two instead of just Discover. I also cancelled my cards as stolen and they cannot get any more of my money. I don't know what state you are in, but you should do the same thing and let's get these people!But I think I tracked them down to a drop box address in Phoenix, Arizona. I am also blowing this up in Michigan all over the news! Maybe it will make it around Face Book, twitter, and all the other social networks. Who knows, I just hope and pray they get caught!

I've been called and had a 1,498 fee added on to my MasterCard! What do I do?

My card was charged $998 after stating that could lower my interest rates and charged to Bank of America I also told them I thought it was a scam and they kept re-assuring me it wasn't. Gave me a pass word and everything.  They never phoned my back and when I tried to call no answers until the afternoon and then no one would phone back.  I reached an employee Alexia Rodrieguez who said she would refund my money back because no did any work--another company did the rate lowering.

This number and company is a scam and is not legit.  They focus on obtaining credit card information from innocent people then using the information for illegal activities.  We are in the process of investigating this company with the assistance of other government agencies.  Please do not provide the callers with any information.........Representatives provided names of Bradley Davis, Eric Wright, and Jason Diaz.  Please contact your local police agency if you are contacted by this number.....
