My call was from, I believe, an automated TDS Telecom customer satisfaction survey, which for me came after had to have support. I have always been asked if I wanted to give permission for their survey, as in: "After this call, would you like to participate in a short survey?". I'm basing this on the most recent caller to have left a voicemail message, but the chances this is wrong is not high. I didn't take the time to listen for the callers phone number. Maybe next time.

I just had this number call me and it turned out it was Boardwalk Rentals asking me to do a quick customer satisfaction survey after I had some work done at my place. I've had these calls before with a different number show up.

We got a call from this number at 915 at night and it was some automated "test" service telling us tp press certain numbers to run different tests.  Call from "call fml" states for dtfm test press 1 tone test press 2 conference test press 3 auto attendant press 4 callback test press 5.  We did nothing and it just kept repeating.  Found it odd because it was after 9 pm.  Just ignored simply because something seemed fishy.

I received this call today ...left an automated voice mail:

"From 'your employer' [pretty generic!].  please report ur injury to yr employer ASAP if you have not already done so.  If you have been injured at work and missed time from work after the time of injury, please contact our teleclaim centre toll free at 1-888-967-5377 M-F 8a-6p to report your injury.  otherwise....etc.  ... [basically wants you to type in a number to access something...this always make me leary]"

    1.  I doubt "my employer" would call me using a automated voice mail about an injury.
    2.  I doubt Work Safe BC would do a teleclaim call, since there is sooooo much paperwork involved in a claim and it must be done with your employer submitting claim first.  How else would they know.
    3.  Finally, I don't hit any #'s just in case I'm buying something I don't know about.

From this listing, sounds like this number is being used quite a bit for a lot of scams!

This number is legitimate. I had a service call to fix some plumbing last week and it was a followup survey. Boardwalk is a legitimate company that rent my apartment from. If you get the call and you're not a Boardwalk resident, give them a call (they're based in either Calgary or Edmonton) and let them know. They should know better than to use a robocall these days, but this one isn't one to be concerned with. Companies you do business with are allowed to do these sorts of followup calls under the Canadian DNCL.

Some BS about a live telephone town hall from ARP about medicare coverage and scams... SOUNDS like a scam. Wanted you to press one to join in on the conversation live, now.
I could see having a bunch of people live on one line at once... with me burping the whole time. (and if not me, someone else)

Just received a call from this number. It's 11pm!!! Automated call from the city where I live advising that due to snow removal in my neighbourhood, please move all vehicles by 8 am Dec. 3. Not sure if this is a scam or not. We have had a ton of snow and the city is planning to begin plowing tomorrow. Just sounds strange that I would be notified via telephone at 11pm.

Just received a call from this number, our city is removing the snow on our streets for the second time in a week, usually we get one near March or April. Way too much freaking snow this year & winter doesn't start for another 2 weeks. Winter here has been around since end of October & will stay for months more.
    Thank city!

I received a call tonight from the number mentioned. It is Bwalk Equities - who 'own' "half" of the rental properties in Canada - not that far from reality. All they asked in the voicemail, after I had some work done in my suite, was whether the work was done satisfactory. In my situation, being disabled and unable to do a lot of physical work, I'm happy about the work completed. I am happy I have the present staff I do - after living here since '02!

Did you know that these robo calls basically only recognize "Hello" when you answer. If you answer something different most times it will disconnect. I love pranking these calls. Try it sometimes. If it is a real person Just act like they called .........lets say The Police dept.  LOL............  Maybe a fast food place.
