Message claimed to be from Encore receivables management.  Gave 866-367-8739 as the call back number.

They says that I old money that they could help me thay say that my banck was scaming me and that there lying.

Judy say call from bank BOfA, has very important think to ask....for personenal information, but when i asking her something  about my,she din't know anything

They called claiming they were from my bank.  Let a message with a family member claiming it was URGENT.  When i called the 888 number back they tried to ask me what my social security number was.  Fat chance.  I hung up on her and called my bank.

My bank verified it is a SCAM and do not give out personal information to them.

I have been receiving phone calls from an unknown number and it's getting very annoying. At one point I was given the call back number 888-326-3264 from a representative named Pam. Anyone who calls from this number says they're from Encore Financial and that the call is urgent. I usually ignore their calls but the last time I received a call from this company I decided to answer. I was asked for the last 4 #'s of my SSN and my birth date. Of course I was curious as to why they need the information but the person refused to answer me. All he said was that their reason for calling was private. WTF! I don't trust this company.
