"Ah yes, my name is agent foreman I'm calling with the investigations unit out of ACR incorporated. i have this number attached to a complaint filed against a 'James Rambo' he put your number here as a reference. Harassing, Valger, Threating Phone calls
They threatened to sit outside my house, my job and follow me anywhere I go...  VERY SCARY!!!

They keep calling and leaving me messages but everytime I call them back I get a voicemail saying that Diversified Processing solutions is unavailable please leave a message!  Then I finally got someone and they hung up on me!  Who the heck are these people!

They call my work 5 times a day and threaten my co-workers.  I don't even know who they are. When I call them back I get a recording and then they hang up.  They say I didn't do my taxes right or they say I have bad checks.  I don't have a checking account to have bad checks.  They are nasty and one time didn't realize they didn't hang up and where dropping the "F" word and saying I can't work in one state and live in another.  They are from Seattle from what I gather.    Bottom line anything they can do to threaten you they will.    When I told them I had them taped they haven't called (knock on wood), but they where very mad and didn't like that at all.  The thing is they wan't to call and threaten you but if you ask okay what is this and if I owe this how can I make a payment they get all mad and hang up.  Someone needs to do something about them.  It doesn't seem just.

the same exact thing happened to me. when i asked how to make a payment they got super angry and told me that i could make a payment online or over the phone. when i told them no and requested a paper copy of the bill or anything they said that i will get my paper copy when i get supoenaed for court and hung up. they cursed and yelled the whole time.

I got two calls from I think one person it was either Tim Nash or Tyler O'Neal, thought it was kinda odd that I would be paying for some bill I paid in 2008.  Tim and Tyler both sound like the same person.  Now they are harassing me on the internet and sending me text messages on my phone.  I told them I could make the payment only what I could afford.  They didn't like that option it was either half or all.

Don't pay them a DIME it's a SCAM.  Report them to the FBI, they are saying they are federal agents and law enforcement-they aren't it's against the law.  Next time they call record the call, ask for an ID number from a badge or the Law Firms ID number-they have to give it you...they won't of course because...it's a SCAM....do not offer your information, your address any friends or relatives no phone numbers and definately not your bank information.  I get those calls too, I ignore them, they will quit calling after a few tries, the phone number is a CELL PHONE not a business phone it is linked through Verizon, it's a pay as you go phone so they can't shut it off, however I reported them to Verizon, the numbers are a New York based number out of Buffalo, the address is a HOME not a business, do not give these guys any MONEY!!!!!!....DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!

These people are debt collectors and very skeezy. They use often illegal tactics to attempt to collect debts including harrassment, threats, and claiming to be people that they arent. I am a receptionist and i often get these kinds of calls for other employees at my place of work

This number keep calling me,my job and even some of my friends and it's a recording. all two weeks this is happening. And when I call back i get an answering machine. Now which debt collector calls you on a sunday four times and on you're job in addition and tells you that i and/or my lawyer must call back monday after 9am to discuss a important business matter.. This [***] is getting scary and they harrasing me...

I received a call from Diversified Processing Solutions located in Amherst NY telling me that if I didn't pay them that evening they were going to garnish my wages and hold my income tax refund.  They said that I would be going to court and papers would be filed on Monday morning (they called on Friday evening)-   I asked why I hadn't heard from anyone regarding this in years, and she claimed that she sent me a letter (NOT certified) and had a type-o on the address, which is why I didn't receive the letter.  It was almost comical the way she answered some of my questions.  The woman I spoke to was "Julie" and she was not nasty, quite the opposite, calling me honey, and other terms of endearment- just to throw me off.  She told me that if I gave them  a post-dated check they wouldn't cash it for 30 days, or I could give them $50.00 to hold off for 3 days.  (earlier in the conversation she said that the court papers were already filed in the town court for Monday morning.  
She was under the impression that I could not prove that I had paid this debt (less than $200.00) years ago.  She even went as far as giving me dates that were incorrect to try to throw me off. (2 year difference)  However, I had paid it and have the records to prove it.  I have called them twice now and left messages that I can prove it was taken care of, but low and behold, no phone calls returned.  
Don't let this go people, if you receive a call from them, call the Attny General!!!!  I am filing a complaint with the State's office and the BBB.

this company has a real issues...i jate these people and they cuss me out a lot...dont pay them amything..

I keep receiving calls from them which is a recording and telling me or my attorney to call them back on Monday after 9:00 am and telling me this is a serious matter.  I kept getting this call over and over again.

We have received at least four recorded messages for a person unknown to us with the same family name. The message states, "We have an important pending matter being handled in our office that we need to discuss with you or your attorney. Call us or have your attorney call us Monday after 9:00AM EST at 1-888-711-1339. Do not ignore this matter. When calling back, use File No. 604147.  I did call back and they said I had to pay the amount of ??? and had to wire it to them!  Told them I will like you to email me all this information and told me they could not do that - I hung up on them!

yes that is tru, but i never got a hold of anyone. It is now going on 3 months of harrarassing calls. WTF are we supposed to do??

I just received a phone call at my job from this number with aforemention message. I am not going to call them back after reading the previous messeges because I don't have any outstanding bills. If they need to get in touch with me then they can mail me somehting by snail mail.

Thanks for the address-  I didn't have an address to file my claim with the Attny General- so that helped a great deal.

I first heard from Diversified in October 2010.  They informed me they were attempting to collect an old debt.  Knowing that I don't owe anyone I burst out laughing since I knew the only credit issue I had was in 1999 and was paid in 1999. He said "Oh these things happen sometimes.  Can you email me a copy of the payment letter."  No problem except the email he gave me was invalid.  I called back a few days later.  He gave me a fax number.  Low and behold that didn't work either.  He told me it was a problem with Verizon in their office.  Here's another email address he said.  Still didn't work.  So I gave up.  But today I get the automated call again.  Call them back and get disconnected.   Why do companies like this still exist?

They contacted my mother at home in an attempt to contact me and a husband that I do not have...but it was a person I knew about 12 years ago. They were trying to ask my mother a series of questions to get more information about me.I believe this is also the same scam company that called my job two months ago and spoke with me threatening that I had written a bad check and was at risk for being arrested that day if I didn't call a particular number back within 20 minutes. Also they claimed there was a person waiting outside my job with a warrent for my arrest if I didn't comply.  I called back and began to question them for more detail...especially since I don't write checks and the woman became hostile...and I ended with I will contact my attorney and have them get in touch with you. They wanted me to make a paymenton the spot to resolve this...I didn't and went out to the parking lot at work and seen nobody of course.
