I have some my nutrition store information.  Mynutritionstore.com ripped me off.  They are liars. The are all crooks and should go to jail for scamming people.  The CEO Jim Stepanian and his wife ( I think it is his wife). Nicole Stepanian should be ashamed of themselves. People work had for their money and can't afford to throw it a away.

Nobody wants their crappy vitamins.  I hope anyone who is getting calls from them just hangs up.  Mynutritionstore.com does not work.

I can't belive John Spencer Ellis would associate with a fraud company like this.  This will really hurt his reputation.

Did you think the website was going to just turn in to an ATM machine? It sounds like you let your self down, there is not one business out there in the world that works unless you work it. You would have failed with any business with that attitude. I suggest you get an attitude adjustment and next time you start blaming other people for your own short comings, look to the enemy within. The fraud and scam is inside of you!

You have your facts mixed up and your comments are unfounded. You complainers are all the same, always blaming other people for your own shortcomings.

It sounds like you lack skill, you should sharpen up a bit. Business is business, some people win and some people lose. Usually the losers lose because they quit when they actually find out that there is work involved. My suggestion on your next venture is not to give up or you will run into the same problem all over again, "you"!

If the scientific basis behind them is so strong, why does the FDA, which would be the governing body that should confirm the effectiveness of any supplement, not recognize their scientific effectiveness? Have these "Nutriceuticals" been through rigorous clinical testing to back up all of the "science" that so strongly supports them? Doesn't seem so. As with any herbal supplement, a consumer or businessperson should consider the serious lack of evidence before purchasing or investing in such untested products, whos safety and effectiveness is correlated only by secondary research and not by primary clinical trials.

Then explain the $80 billion spent at GNC last year.  At least mynutritionstore.com provides all natural products with science behind them. Maybe GNC hired you bloggers because now there is a real threat to them and the threat is mynutritionstore.com

It is amazing what marketing can do, what people will believe and what they will allow themselves to be convinced of.

Lewis Rothschild: ..."in the absence of genuine leadership, they'll listen to anyone who steps up to the microphone. They want leadership. They're so thirsty for it they'll crawl through the desert toward a mirage, and when they discover there's no water, they'll drink the sand."
President Andrew Shepherd: "Lewis, people don't drink the sand because they're thirsty. They drink the sand because they don't know the difference."

These ruthless people called me at all hours.  I did not want to do this mynutritionstore.com scam.  They made all kinds of promises, the telemarketers from mynutritionstore.com just kept calling.  I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to throw my money away.  They said this was a great money making program.

I was stupid and fell for it.  Needless to say it was all a scam to get my money.  The products are of terrible quality and no one wants them.

They have not refunded my money even though they said they would.

I called about 10 times and mynutritionstore.com kept hanging up on me.
Finally a girl at the scam company mynutritionstore.com said the employees were not being paid either.  I guess I am never getting my money back.

Learn from my loss, Mynutritionstore.com is a SCAM and a RIPOFF.  The owners will eventually have to face all the people they stole from.

I think the supposed good posts are just employees at the company writing them.  If they are not getting paid and no one is getting a refund, that tells you what kind of fraud they are running.

These people will scam anyone, old people, handicapped people, anyone they can steal from with their Mynutritionstore.com make money scam.

You should file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission against the owners of Mynutritionstore.com , it sounds like they will soon be out of business anyway.  Notice many of the comments come from Dr. so and so.  Certainly a scam.  Beware do not fall for the mynutritionstore.com scam

I just read through all this and it seems that:

One person complained here about a very non-unique website that telemarkets people to be their sales reps (nothing new).  This person didn't think he got a good deal, and made it known via this website.

The vitamin store in turn solicits its employees/associates to make multiple posts to counter the negative comment and every negative comment thereafter, at a rate of about 1 bad to 8 good posts.

Apparently this free form of advertising that the vitamin store has twisted the consumer comment page into isn't good enough, and the vitamin store then sues 800notes.com for having 5 negative comments about its company in comparison to the 40 that repeatedly conclude that the vitamin store is a bastion of natural science and capitalism.

Are they smoking crack at mynutritionstore.com?  Seriously, attacking dissatified customers tells other prospective customers that this company is a joke and doesn't attempt to fix problems, just aggravate them.  The "positive" comments did more damage to the company's rep than the original post by a mile.

I agree.....it should be able to withstand the merits of legitimate concerns by those who have gotten involved.  Sounds like another 'burnlounge' adventure, which Jim S. bailed on shortly after he signed up his friends and family!

The purpose of this site is to report annoying and (ususally) illegal telemarketing. Your Bovine Scat about an illegal telemarketer makes it pretty clear you ARE the illegal telemarketer, or you have profited from the illegal telemarketing in some way. I only wish these jerks had called me. I sue telemarketers. As many as a dozen a day.

I'm pretty sure that, at the end of the year, I will have made more money than you -- and that I will have helped more people than you.

It never ceases to amaze me how many ways telemarketers work hard to resemble rapists, robbers, and terrorists. What this peddler of ho-hum, here's-another stuff you can get at Wal-Mart has tried to do to a Web site which exposes their behavior for what it really is seems like something Bonnie & Clyde, the Taliban, and Hitler's cronies would have cooked up.

nice all caps there with all of your own posts, mynutritionstore.com! You've been exposed! What's going on at 800notes.com is very good work. Consumers need to be protected from scammers like you and your fraudulent websites and companies. I bet your next step is to shut down and come up with a new name and site and start scamming people all over again.  But we'll report you here!
