Did you think the website was going to just turn in to an ATM machine? It sounds like you let your self down, there is not one business out there in the world that works unless you work it. You would have failed with any business with that attitude. I suggest you get an attitude adjustment and next time you start blaming other people for your own short comings, look to the enemy within. The fraud and scam is inside of you!

ITS ALL ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND RESEARCH BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

mynutritionstore.com has the only science based product line on the internet. when a company sells product without 3rd party scientific evidence then you can be scammed. But all mynutritionstore.com products have the science. My entire family has switched from GNC to mynutritionstore.com and we love their products. For example, have you read the science from UC Davis and the Russian Government about Sprirulina? Try Adaptogreen because I beleive it is the best immune system product I have ever researched.

If the scientific basis behind them is so strong, why does the FDA, which would be the governing body that should confirm the effectiveness of any supplement, not recognize their scientific effectiveness? Have these "Nutriceuticals" been through rigorous clinical testing to back up all of the "science" that so strongly supports them? Doesn't seem so. As with any herbal supplement, a consumer or businessperson should consider the serious lack of evidence before purchasing or investing in such untested products, whos safety and effectiveness is correlated only by secondary research and not by primary clinical trials.

These ruthless people called me at all hours.  I did not want to do this mynutritionstore.com scam.  They made all kinds of promises, the telemarketers from mynutritionstore.com just kept calling.  I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to throw my money away.  They said this was a great money making program.

I was stupid and fell for it.  Needless to say it was all a scam to get my money.  The products are of terrible quality and no one wants them.

They have not refunded my money even though they said they would.

I called about 10 times and mynutritionstore.com kept hanging up on me.
Finally a girl at the scam company mynutritionstore.com said the employees were not being paid either.  I guess I am never getting my money back.

Learn from my loss, Mynutritionstore.com is a SCAM and a RIPOFF.  The owners will eventually have to face all the people they stole from.

I think the supposed good posts are just employees at the company writing them.  If they are not getting paid and no one is getting a refund, that tells you what kind of fraud they are running.

If you didn't make money selling their products then you probably can't sell anything at all. It is really a simple process when you become a mynutritionstore.com distributor.  First of all they pay high commissions to only you !!! It is not multi-level marketing, so all you need to do is become a wellness consultant and educate people about the enormous science behind Whey Science, Wheat Grass, Plant Sterols, Omega 3, Soy Protein, Colon Cleansing, etc.  If you didn't make $$ then you don't know how to sell or you are just another lazy complainer. "Every pharmaceutical drug has a core component that is natural.  For a statin it is a plant sterol or Red Rice Yeast and for anxiety it is valerian root."

The only thing Valerian root and diazepam (Valium) have in common...is...Latin.  There aren't any pharmokinetic similarities whatsoever.  None.  Nada.

Clearly the blogger here has a personal vendetta of some sort because even I know that nutraceutical ingredients such as spirulina, wheat grass, plant sterols, etc all come from 2-3 huge raw materials suppliers. So it can't be a specific product that sucks.  It either works or it doesn't. What determines efficacy is the science and clinical data behind the ingredients found in the mynutritionstore.com products.  That said, if you spent more time reading the clinical data then you would find facts about results people experienced using these products. How can you fault a company who wants to help people achieve better health and nutrition??? I hope MNS is a huge success and I will continue to use and recommend their products.  By the way, MNS simply offers a turnkey business opportunity to own and market you personal online nutrition store. 888-712-3888 is linked to the number 949-428-8828. Both numbers are to a company called MyNutritionStore.com a company based in California and conducts business throughout other states.

      1) MyNutritionStore.com seems legitimate, however, it employs unethical marketing strategies at minimum and engages in fraudulent activities at worst. Several consumers have complained of the lack of quality customer service, receiving below-standard products or not receiving their products at all, and intentional and deliberate telemarketing schemes through the use of coercive tactics.

      2) MyNutritionStore.com have made several attempts to silence those who have made public-domain complaints against them.  In one particular instance, the company attempted to threaten litigation against 800notes.com, which merely provided a medium through which the public can voice its opinions regarding questionable or suspicious telephone calls or contacts.  MyNutritionStore.com, thus far, has failed to follow through on its legal threats, perhaps fearing that they have no fundamental grounds upon which to file their claim.

      3) Based upon open-source research, here is information regarding the company's reputation based on its internet profile. This company has loose connections and have not garnered the claimed testimonial support or reputation as claimed by the company's staff itself.  While there appears to be some genuine positive testimony from consumers, an overwhelming number of positive testimony posted on 800notes.com has come from affiliates, members, or employees of the MyNutritionStore.com. Such information was gathered by tracking and tracing internet traffic between the business and various public forums. The company runs traffic via two nameservers "ns1.2advanced.com" and "ns2.2advanced.com" stationed at "2advanced.com," which utilizes internet protocols 216.174.102.0/23; ;216.174.103.31; 216.174.103.32; 216.174.104.0/21; and 216.174.105.224. The company's internal/external electronic mail traffic is transmitted through their in-house mailserver "mail.mynutritionstore.com" which employes internet protocols 216.174.104.0/21 and 216.174.105.224. All primary traffic operates through gtld-servers.net. Examples of such traffic was elicited through:

When lying to one person, entity, or establishment takes place the penalty is usually minimal. However, when somebody commits perjury to a state government the "gov" will go to extraordinary steps to make sure a conviction with maximum penalty (usually 5 years in state prison)takes place.

Under Illinois law, Perjury is a Class 3 Felony. The penalty is imprisonment for not less that two years and not more than five years.

the Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure is the following section:

§ 1746. Unsworn declarations under penalty of perjury.

Wherever, under any law of the United States or under any rule, regulation, order, or requirement made pursuant to law, any matter is required or permitted to be supported, evidenced, established, or proved by the sworn declaration, verification, certificate, statement, oath, or affidavit, in writing of the person making the same (other than a deposition, or an oath of office, or an oath required to be taken before a specified official other than a notary public), such matter may, with like force and effect, be supported, evidenced, established, or proved by the unsworn declaration, certificate, verification, or statement, in writing of such person which is subscribed by him, as true under penalty of perjury, and dated, in substantially the following form:

        (1) If executed without the United States: "I declare (or certify, verify, or state) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on (date).

        (Signature)".
When facing a subpoena to testify in a court of law, individuals issuing false statement under oath or affirmation face perjury penalty charges and crimes. Many individuals highly underestimate the potential damage a perjury conviction can bring to themselves and others. In fact, according to Federal prosecutors in 2008, the perjury penalty for convicted persons is up to five years in prison. State and local court cases also offer similarly staunch penalties for those attempting to subvert the sanctity of the courts.

Happy fingers not so happy anymore. The angry blogger on this board obviously received word that 2009 case law has changed the legal landscape regarding personal liability for bloggers who defame and slander individuals and corporations. In fact, shareholders who personally lose money due to internet bloggers have won 3 large cases in a row in state and federal courts in from July 2009 through October 2009. Now bloggers are running scared as ISP"s are being forced by courts to reveal the bloggers identity including but not limited to IP address's and several other tags that identify anonymous bloggers.
