its for Key Protection Group, 6055 Mexico Rd, St. Peters, MO 63376. I actually got a mailing from them today... to renew or get a car warranty.. ONLY there is a catch.. IVE NEVER HAD A CAR!!! I dont even have a license.

Got something in the mail from key protection group about auto warranty.  They used phone number 866-388-7942.  The mail says call with mileage and VIN#.

If they know that my warranty has expired, shouldn't they know what my vehicle, mileage, etc. also?

Total scam - AVOID!!!

Received in mail from Key Protection Group, 2660 Palm Aire Drive North, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 a notice "extremely urgent and time sensitive" for automobile warranty extension.  Apparently this scam outfit has moved their operation from MO to FL.

I received a mailing from them from 6055 Mexico Rd, St Peters, Mo 63376.  I also received a call.  They asked for the model and year and I was then disconnected.  I am just trying to figure out what the scam is.  Are they just compiling a mailing list ow what?  
Maps.google.com has a street view that shows the approximate address.  The picture shows a gas station on one side and a hotel on the other.  There is something further up the street but it is a very small building.

Received post card in the mail with $400.00 Rebate Check attached. It indicated that my warranty would be expiring shortly and they did not want me to be without warranty coverage. Check signed by Jon Ditter. Valid towards the purchase of an extended automobile warranty from Key Protection. This is not an official bank check. No Cash Value. Exp.Date -06/12/2009. Check#-RC3-0612E9-39753625.

I received a mailing from them with a return address of 6055 Mexico Rd, St Peters, Mo 63376.  888-720-1889 is the phone number.  I'm sure it's a scam.

received a legal type letter in the mail today stating extremely urgent and time sensitive  a renewal for a vehicle warranty for a vehicle we've never owned i called the number and ask how they obtained my address and that we had already heard of this scam, the operator put me through to his supervisor.  when i told him i knew this was scam he became very irate and stated well let me tell you about this scam, i couldn't believe what he said, he even began yelling and stating this company was working with the attorny general, i told him i would be contacting the consumer affairs office, the better buisness my local post office and my local law inforcement.  he went off on me so i hung up.bad scam stay awat but do report.

I got one today. Apparently, they are doing business out of both Missouri and Florida.

I received one today, too. Return address had the same city/state (St. Peters, MO 63376), but completely different address, and phone number. Luckily, there has been enough new stories that people hopefully know that this is a scam.

Yup i rcvd a mailing from MO saying that my warranty is about to be up this is the final notice to take advantage of their warranty service. The mail arrived in a time sensitive type of letter. lol  total scam.

Yep, Me too, today on Aug 4 only this address was listed as #1 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Ste 120, St Peters, Mo. I called the 800 number (1-800-473-7854) and the man was a bit too pleasant- trying too hard to convince me it was a ligit operation. I already have a complaint in with the Fed. Trade commission from the robo calls and even though I told him I just filed another complaint for the letter, he was still trying too hard. What a bunch of crap. I worry mostly about unsuspecting seniors. Personally I'd like to wring their necks and see them go down. My car is a 1988. So glad all you above are on to this scam too.

Key Protection Automotive Department from St. Peters, MO with phone number 1-800-473-7854 sent "important notice" to be opened by addressee only and please respond by expiration date...

Too bad this person has been DEAD for over 20 years!!!  Where do they get this information??!!  Get a clue, people!

Called back the 800 number and asked for their state/fed license number, legal business name, they hung up,  then called me back to ask the purpose of my phone call to them, and told me their license info is printed on the form.  Not so.

at the bottom of the form; Marathon Administrative Co. is noted with an Ilinois PO box.

Caller claimed to be calling regarding our Google Advertising.  I said I was not interested and hung up.  He called back, persistent bugger.  This number is now blocked.

They called our company also. Claimed to be from Google and said we had an outstanding invoice of over $2000. Yet we pre-pay our account.  Funny they could not give us our Google ID.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM -  Beware!!!

This number has called our company multiple times asking to talk to someone in charge of advertising.  When I told them that person was not in (b/c they were not) they became beligerant and asked for his email.  When I stated I can not give that information out I was yelled at and hung up on...I tried calling the number back the only option was to be transferred to the operator which took me to a non-working voicemail for "Jack".... Yeah...this is definately a SCAM!!!!!!
