- SandiM| 1 replyI keep receiving several phone calls per day from this number on my cell phone. Nobody responds when I do answer. When I don't answer no voice mail is left. I want the phone calls to stop and my number be removed from this company's contact list.
- Caller: unknown
- MeThey keep calling and won't stop!! They call my cell phone and when I answer they won't speak and they hang up!!!
- Anonymous| 2 repliesThese people are real jerks. First they call you at 8:01 am in the morning! They do not bother leaving any messages...And when you do call them back, there are a bunch of foreigners, that you can't hardly understand what they are saying and they push you into agreeing to their terms and making arrangements and what not, but come on people...why do you have to call at 8:01 when most people are just getting ready for work, or just arriving.
- Caller: Ally Financial
- Call type: Debt collector
- &^& replies to Anonymous| 1 replyYES, they are a pain. I need to take a foreign language class to understand them, IF they talk when I answer the phone.
- Jasmine LundgrenGet about 15 calls a day from Ally, no one says anything when I answer, no message left. And got a call at 9 o'clock at night? Is this really that important?

- laIf it is from Ally - GMAC they have twice applied payments to the wrong account. My payments are automatic and I have to always check that they are not making a mistake. Just an FYI.

- Bob| 2 repliesI get several calls from this number a day Again like those before on this list they do not leave messages or do not answer if you pick up. this morning they alternated between the home phone and cell phone 3 times per each line started at 8:00 am, 8:01, 8:03, 8:03, 8:06, and 8:07.
If this really is Ally or the old GMAC then they are very unprofessional and I would never do bussiness with them in the future. - Big Daddy replies to AnonymDo you mean Speak English Correctly?
- Big Daddy replies to Two seniorsAny calls after 9 p.m. are illegal and you can take legal action against them for harassment. Just keep that in mind the next time your phone rings at 11 p.m. from a bill collector.
- Big Daddy replies to BobThis is the tactic that all of the collection agencies are using these days. It's cheaper for them to have a computer dial the numbers and they do this in hopes that you will call them back. They don't need near the manpower to do business this way. Then when you do call back, you go through a call center in India. Nothing like taking their business overseas. As with all companies that do business this way, I have stopped using their services. They eliminate jobs, send the customer service call centers overseas to pay less in wages, and then wonder why they have to call people to try and collect money when they can't pay their bills. When will they start figuring this stuff out. You can't put Americans out of work and expect them to be able to pay for what they owe.
- JuniorAlly........come on now. Do you really need that 6 dollar late fee that bad. Give people a break. Its hard enough worrying about keeping a job these days. All of us who get a call from you know we owe you money. The nicest thing to do is call once and leave a message. Or can you not understand English enough to figure out how to program the computer to do so? It could be that you don't trust the customers you gave these loans to? So why loan us money to buy a car or whatever the loan is for? You are only hurting your reputation in the long run. So please stop calling once an hour all day long.
