a man named adam cruise called me and told me i was gonna get served papers had charges against me and has been harrassing me at work and saying mean things. when i try to call the number back it gives me a message saying this number don't receive calls from this area.  when asked what company he was with he couldn't me but i needed to call that number. said my claim number is 155311.

This is a TOTAL scam for money to pay a debt for a company that is out of business.  I have been getting these calls for since yesterday.  The company the guy said he was working for is called Consolidated based somewhere in California.  I checked with the BBB and it is not accredited - AND the company he said that was going to sue me over a debt (which was paid 2 years ago) is out of business!  Absolutely deplorable!  I hope these people rot.

Call yr local police department and inform them,

Just got a called from a lady named Becka Matthews from #832-838-1024 stating that I was in a lot of trouble and she had paperwork for me to receive because I had charges against me for a loan that I have already paid.  called 888-730-4516 and they claim a company named EP Processing has an outstanding loan for me from 2009.  Loan has already been paid since 2011.

Just got a call, and was one lady talked to me name was Ruth Dasie telling that I need to call my attorney and giving his information bla bla bla....
It clearly Seems like scam, but the question is from where these ppl gets our personal information including SSN also ???
Lady sounded like Pakistani or somewhere from Asia... Oh God !!! someone should defiantly screw these [***].

Yeah I just got a call about a payday loan that was taken out 4 years ago & paid off, she said I had to call CMG 888-730-4516 w/claim number 154496. They tried to do this to me last year and now they are back to their old tricks.  Wonder how they would feel if the tables were reversed. Leave us tax paying citizens a loan and get a REAL job & quit scamming us out of money we don't have.  She gave me an hour to contact them & that I was official served!!  Dumb [***] I swear

Have been getting calls from a number that is 7312130132 saying I owe a debt that she was going to serve me with papers and then she say I have been offical been served.and when you try calling her number back it say code 500and it don't accept calls  And she call my work place harasseing them  called the local police today to reported it she told me I needed to call the number 18887304516 with a number 155263 so the people need to get a real job and quit scamming people for there money

I received a call at work, and they left a message with the receptionist who in turn forwarded it to my extension.  Karen Sanders received and order on a formal claim and she was with Mediation, please call 888-730-4516 claim 155268 and take care of this debt.  You have been served....REALLY FOLKS!!!!  These people should be shot since they are giving others a bad name in the workplace and using false information!!!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple calls today to my cell phone and work. Judy Winters spoke with my HR department and told them there were criminal charges against me. Gave me the 888-730-4516 number and a "claim number" - I tried calling the 832-838-1024 number that appeared on my caller ID and received automated message that the person was unavailable and the voicemail was full.  - When I called the 888 number the company name was "Consolidated" - when I spoke with the representative there I informed them that their representative had been making harrassing phone calls to my place of employment and threatening criminal action. I also made them aware that I AM AWARE that these practices are illegal. This is apparently in reference to a very old debt that was satisfied years ago. By the entries I see here, "Judy" has many aliases. I have notified police and sent a text to landline message to cease and desist. These people are ruthless and despicable. The representative at Consolidated said that they were "trying to help me" - and they had not called me, but had hired a locating service and that is who called me. She said if I wanted to appear in court then that was my choice. I said if she had papers to file then go right ahead. This will probably stop for now and then rear it's very ugly head again in a few months.
