Reported to DNC - recieved a call 6/28 from this number,They had my name, when I started to ask questions, they hung up. I called back, and they assured my number would be removed from a calling list.

- anilRemit2India is a service for moving money to ppl in India. This number is used to verify acct info. I'm a customer, and i get a call maybe 3-4x/yr when there's an issue or they have to verify info. So far they've not spammed me.

is a health insurance company. The client has expressed concerns about
their phone reps not handling calls in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Your job will be evaluating the performance of the rep during the call
as well as asking about information related to a health insurance
policy. It's important NOT to say you are evaluating them or let them
know you are a secret shopper, your task is to pretend to be a real
customer asking about their services, coverage, and pricing. Please read
the full instructions before making the call, you will be evaluated on
your performance.

Upon contacting the client say you're interested in getting a health
insurance quote. They'll ask some basic questions such as type of
coverage you want, how many people will be covered, etc... Simply
provide normal/basic answers as if you were really interested in getting
a quote (put an emphasis on looking for the best price and best
coverage). After you've received the plan/pricing options, say you need
to shop around more/compare other prices and will contact them back if
interested.
TRIAL CALL COMPLETION - NEXT STEP
Once done send an email to our HR department at:
hr@secretshopperprogram.com with the time of the call and summary of the
conversation (include a rating from 1-10 on how friendly and helpful the
agent was). I'll then follow-up with the client right away to verify the
