asg is collections for a debt

Got several calls and did not answer. Finally picked up. Lady asked for a man I never heard of. Said he gave this #, insisted it was someone in my house! Rude! I told her quit calling or I would take legal action.

Always asks for a name that's not living here. Very strange!!! I will report them if it happens again!

Called my 88 year old mother and insisted she had to pay a debt to a department store that my father charged - store no longer in operation and "if" this is legit - why 6-8 years later?

This # called maney times as was so rude and demanding. I finally called and explained that " Christin" was not here and has not been here for at about 8 years that I know of. I have  " no Call"  on my # and I have reported them.

I received a call from one "Ms. Wood" who gave ext. 10209.  She asked to talk with Tom Roosmann, who has never lived at this address, to "verify information."  I believed she was from 1st Source Bank since that is what I believe she said.

They gave me a call telling me that I HAD to call them today and that it was urgent.  The lady who left a vm was VERY RUDE!  I called them and told them that I had a VERY rude vm.  The lady on the other end said that someone had left my cell phone number as their home phone number...very interresting since I've had my cell phone number for over...let's see....7 years now!!!  The address that they had was also incorrect.  She just said, ""Okay.  Thank you ma'am." and that was the end of the conversation.  I think that they should learn some manners when they leave their vms! The number that they said to call back is 1-888-741-8896.

I got a call fromthis numberhas well and they were insisting i pay my amount in full am=nd if not i would get a charge off to my creidt which stay there for 6-7 years! and i had to make a decison by the end of the night. her name was Meliane and she finally hang up on me but she was very rude. she it was me who used the card so buy the charges!! what a bitch!

The same person Ms. Wood called me and asking about my sister-in law's cell phone number. I got suspicous when she told me this fake story, that she is calling from the  hospital where my sister-in-law works, and there they have our number, as an emergency contact. I almost gave the #, but then she asked where she lives, etc...so I really thought that if they call from the hospital where she works, how come they don't have her contact number, address, etc...This is very unfair to make up this fake story, because what if there is a REAL emergency case????They would deserve a legal action against them!!!!!!

Constant calls from this agency looking for a person unknown to me leaves message each day sometimes more.

or who the are represting and rude?
