Unknown call. In the middle of MY night.
Called July 20, and knowingly/willingly failed to leave message.

I got a call from this number, someone from American Express concierge service wanting to confirm the cardholder's wife wanting to buy tickets. Totally wrong number.

Called at 1am, wouldn't identify who they were.

American Express concierge Service trying to book our DJ for a client's wedding.

call today and no message. I do not even own an Amex but conceirge services recently called me as prev contact for tix bought with another fam members card for us so maybe they went fishing. Gave them the primary card holder/fammember's number. You'd think this would have them stop calling me but wow - if it was them.

makes sense. just signed up on wedding wire with this as contact in a DJ search. The no message thing is bothersome but what the heck - we never even knew we had a call if no message or were not there to pick up back in the day. The world has turned.

call to cell in late morning and no message.

called my cell 3 times in 2 minutes while I was away from my desk @ work. Called back and I answered - it was a woman asking for a Mrs. Cole. I told her wrong # and she hung up. She called back in 30 seconds and after I said hello she hung up without speaking. I then searched the # on the internet and found this site
with a few posts stating it was Amex. She called back in a few minutes and answered with "Is this American Express"?  She paused and said "Yes, I'm looking for Mr. or Mrs. _____ Cole". I told her this
is the second time I've told you that you have the wrong # then she hung up again. One more time and I'm
blocking the #.

Got a "Making Home Affordable" direct mail/flyer.... they are going to do all this for me the homeowner but there is no return mailing address...looks fairly official and asks to dial this number.

Your computer screen locks up and a recording plays stating that you have a virus and it is allowing others to see your email, credit cards ect ect.   The recording also states if you don't call to correct this virus you will be removed from the network forever.  There are several Microsoft advertisements on the page to make you believe it's a microsoft team trying to help you.  BUT ITS NOT MICROSOFT.  They ask your permission to log into your computer to fix the problem SCAM SCAM SCAM.  If you give them access then they will have all of your passwords and banking info.  D

Major SCAM..  They lock up your screen and propose to help you.  There are several Microsoft Adverts on the screen but this is NOT microsoft..  They state in order to remove the virus that they'll need full access to my computer.  RED FLAG never give anyone full access to your computer or they will have all of your passwords email and banking info..  THIS is a SCAM.  Please take a screen shot and record if you can and forward it to the REAL MICROSOFT.

legit call from Amex Concierge. I booked a restaurant reservation and they call back to let me know the time I wanted was OK.

Received a call today to book a car (limousine service) for tomorrow morning from Saint-Raphaël to Saint-Tropez (South of France), the lady was from the company American Express Concierge. Still no confirmation
