I called this number and they helped me out on an old loan I had. They were very nice and professional which I find hard to say about a collection agency, haha. Spoke with a Carolyn from ACS. Guess they are not all bad people.

I received a message to call this number. When I called I spoke with a young lady named Carolyn. She was so helpfull and actually kind. I absolutely agree that this company is professional!! Thank you ACS.

that s bs  !!!   dont  know  who   this  person is  or  who  is  representing..  he  says  his  name  is  pete jackson   and he  has  my ss #  and  papers  to serve  me  with legal  papers.    no  campany name  no   reason  for   the   papers to  be  served...  they even  called my family members.. saying the  same thing.  !!  i gave the  information to the assnt  da  in our  area..

If anyone received a call from this company and was led to believe any kind of legal action was pending, or told this company is an "investment firm" or told that they wrote a "bad check" or that they are about to be "served" please notify the New York State Attorney General's office by calling 716-853-8404.  Please save any recordings where legal.   **process servers DO NOT CALL before they come to serve you**  making any false or misleading statements like that is a violation of law.  Also not sending you a dunning letter within 5 days is a violation, and not identifying themselves as a debt collector is a violation.   Got that Carolyn?

nice work, although i don't exactly think you are so "young" judging from what we see walking in your front door.     try letting the pro's do debt collection, and start abiding by the law for a change b4 you loose your other business too....one goes down they all go down

these people keep calling my job cell and home. she mentioned she is with regal colletions. says she will serve my papers today and that i need to have my id ready. so i asked her what time so i can make a pot of coffee. lol is this legal!

these people called me and left me numerous messages. all different numbers 8887547534 8668099850 8887549734. how the hell do i get them to stop. she said shes coming by my home or office. i wanna see that happen.

dont let any of these threatening scumbags worry you. they have no power other then in YOUR mind.most states laugh at there games and its only a matter of time till they get shut down. In the state of Pa. any "payday" loans are 100% against the law to loan out....so guess what.....loan the money from the scumbag loaners in Pa and you got cash for free...tough break you slimebags.....WORD 2 YER MOMMA
