This caller calls multiple times a day. I called back and he said I owed Continental Finance $2,000 when my debt was $600 I asked him to validate the debt in the mail and he refused to he said he will do it through email I refused giving me runarounds.

Yea I know they keep calling and calling me as well what jerks!!!!!

I received a phone call stating that I owe Continental Finance $1727.13 when I know that I owed them way less than that. They aren't as willing to work with me as I thought. I will check with the Better Business Bureau just to see if their legit.

These people keep calling me over and over and over saying I owe a lot of money - yet they won't give me information in writing and just say they are suing me and "PAY MY DEBT" and that I cannot afford any lawyer.  I asked to send me documentation in writing because I don't know what they are referring to and they said they will NOT and will only file a case in court. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy I was speaking to said he is the boss and he is the supervisor -

i got a call from them today stating I owed an unspecified amount of money and I had a pending court case in California.  I havent lived in California for over 12 years.  I told the guy to send me proof of the debt and I told him he was harassing me.  I said I worked for a law firm and he got very angry and hung up!  This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They are using information availableto anyone viewing your credit report and using to collect money.  Dont believe them. Im having the number traced and serving them soon!  :)

I got a call from them yesterday stating the same thing! These collection agencies and their bogus tactics are ridiculous! Would you know how to report them?

So I googled the name of the company and their BBB rating is F. They're not accredited by BBB and they've had 89 complaints filed against them in the last 36 months .... Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. All the office locations for them are listed in Georgia ....

Their BBB rating is F .... I wasn't gonna just fall for their BS. Who has a summons to appear in court with no paperwork to back it up???

I have got calls from them off and on over the past year. Once I don't answer they start calling people I know or have lived with. They were harrassing my dad at work. They always threaten with court papers so I told them to serve me, I'm waiting! They never do. They call and call until they stir things up and then the disappear for a while.
