Called didn't answer,left message said it was BB&T with an important message about my account.

Yeah BB&T keeps calling me, I closed that account months ago!

closed account in dec, they started charging me main. fee  of 14.95 a month, said account was not closed properly

I keep getting calls from BB&T and I have never, ever, done business with them.

I closed BB&T a few years ago, they still call me for what?
BB&T is sucks.

Legit call from BB&T.  They had the wrong number listed.  I called them back at this number and they updated their records.  No more calls :)

BB&T SUX

I got a message from BB&T (Branch Bank & Trust Co) to call them regarding my account.
I do not have an acct with them but I like to bust chops so I called them back.

Here is the story.

This is a collection company for BB&T looking for a neighbor on my block. They got my number and most liekly yours from a reverse directory lookup by address. They call all nearby on block to see what information they can garner from neghbors then put it together, etc.

getting several calls, I don't answer and let go to voice mail. is BBT of which I have never had an account with! duh?

They called for the 2nd time, but no one was there when I answered.  Since I have no outstanding debts, have no idea who they are or what they want.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  I report this type of call to the FCC.  I hope that someday they'll get them to stop calling!

BB&T keeps calling about an old account that was not closed properly. That is their fault, not mine. If you banking wasn't so ancient, I may have kept the account.

I had a free business checking account with BB&T for my small business. About 7 months ago, I had to stop working for awhile, and just left the account with a couple dollars in it. Apparantly at some point they closed the account, and oppened a new account in my name that had $10 a month fees attached to it. Oh, and they never bothered to tell me about the change. So now they are calling me about the fees on my account that they say they closed and reopened without my permission, or even knowledge. Oh, in addition to the $10 fees, they are charging me 20something for an overdraft on the fees that I never approved.

I was out of town and had 4 messages from BB&T when I returned.  Called them back.  They were looking for someone else and would not give any details.  The guy was a foreigner and I could barely understand him.  He was a [***] - very rude.  I would never use BB&T for anything!  The company I work for uses that bank and it is one mistake after another!  Bunch of dummies work for them!

I get calls every day several times a day. I turned off the answering machine but I have caller ID. I think
every time I turn on my laptop or the TV, the caller has a monitoring system that lets them know I am there.
One day when  I called the number back to tell them I was reporting them because I am on DO NOT CALL LIST  a nice lady answered the phone and told me here is the real number for BB&T. She was getting all their calls.I don't know what kind of scam this is but I didn't have a problem before I signed up with XFINITY to up grade my computer and TV.
The xfinity installer said the phone addition was part of the bundle and I was going to have to pay for it ,even if I didn't want the phone unit installed.

I keep getting calls from this number. Well i called them back this morning and they where looking for some one else. I told them that that  person they are looking for dose not live here. She said thanks for calling back and updated the account . So maybe the will not call back.

Son unos irespetuosos. quieren cobrar, cosas que no deben, la cuenta estaba cerrada y ellos la sobregiran a proposito para cobrar los fees......LADRONES CON CORBATA QUE HAY EN ESTE PAIS !!!!

have called and left message and called back and I answered and it was for some one that i did not know.  Need to get my number off this calling list!!!!!!!!!!  BB&T is supposed to be a decent bank!!!  Best check out their phone numbers!!!

BB&T keeps calling me but I've never  had an account with them and I don't care to have one.  I've been called at 8 in the morning and 12 in the morning.  I have been called in school as well and it's becoming annoying.  I think the girl who used to have my number had an account and i'm sick of ehr problems annoying me!
