"CCF, Incorporated" -- in my experience, an incredibly unprofessional, uncooperative and disorganized "national attorney" office.  They are most likely calling regarding some financial matter and will have a lot of threats for you, some of which will be ridiculous.

Has called repeatedly regarding a financial matter involving my husband.  The person I spoke with was very unprofessional and uncooperative, accused me of using "stall tactics" when I requested that he send me documentation about the supposed debt, attempted to threatened my husband's military career (I say "attempted to" because I know the things he threatened wouldn't actually happen), had a lot of inaccurate information about my husband in general, and hung up on me when I wouldn't just blindly agree to pay almost $400 right then.  The man behaved like a debt collector, but stated that they are not a debt collection agency.  When I returned his call (this number was left in my voicemail), the phone was answered "CCF, Incorporated."

I agree they are unprofessional.  I too have been getting calls from them at work 2 days in a row.  They claim they aren't a collections agency and they legally can call me at work and there is nothing I can do about it.  He also said they can have me served at work by a uniformed officer and there is nothing I can do about that.  The guy I talked to was Anthony.

actually i was suprised to read these negative comments . this firm helped me resolve this matter before legal action was taken . it saved me alot of money , and hassale . my experienc went very well, and the woman who helped me was very nice and professional

i have been getting calls from this number for a few weeks now, i never payed attention until today, when my son said to me that a lady called and said to him that if i dont call back that something would happen to his mom, what the hell would u tell a child that for??i was so upset, so i called back and it was ccf representing a bank, blah blah blah.i get the point, why do you have to threaten me through my son and scare him, not a good idea guys.at least the gentleman i spoke with was professional, as for the dumby that called, youre still a rookie, stop trying to act like you are the ccf c.e.o

Man question me, when I asked why he was calling me and how he got my number he became belligerent.  When I called back, a lady answered the phone and still refused to give me details.  She then insisted that maybe I had a claim against be because I was "acting inquisitive and irate" because I wanted to know how they got my number.

They threatened me with a summons! to make me pay up

I got calls from this number, and called them back. The guy was threatening me with all sorts of legal issues. I told him whatever legal suit he wanted to push me onto he can fax or email the details to my lawyer. He got upset like my little 10 year old when I don't let him go outside, and said that what ever information I need has already been given to me. I kept on pressing the issue of them getting the information to my lawyer and he hung up on me. Very, very unprofessional.

Got a call from them, with a message to call back, called back was asked who i was, they tryed to look me up and could not figure out why they called.

So you are sure they would be able to take legal action in the first place?
The lady I talked to was very nice and seemed helpful.

Can these people actually start legal actions? I tried to ask for documentation but I was told that it seems that I was unwilling to help myself and good luck to me and she hung up on me.
She accused me of cashing a check across state lines? I was like what? but she was talking so fast and she seemed to be getting belligerant. and this is for something in 2002, yesterday I was told it was 2006...Why did they wait so long to contact me?

litigation firm..if you bounce checks..they will call you

They call me from 1-888-895-7116. They said they wew ccf incorporation.They threatened to take me to court, garnish my pay check. This is for something they said happened in 2002. Who are these people?

This company has called me three times.  Once a few weeks ago, left a message and I never called back.  I looked up the number called them back, and no one says anything when I call.  Today though, they called twice, left no message and called twice within like 10 minutes.  I think they are a scam.

I just recieved a call from my mom who was notified by my ex-sister in law that this CCF attorey's office call her brother (my ex) looking for me and she automaticly thought it was something criminal and she left the 800 number but when I called it went to a message system that I can't leave a message on no matter what number I pushed it went to the same women named Ms.Washington. I haven't had a checking account in years and my ex would be the last person I would have as a contact.

I would appreciate if this compony would get there facts together my ex husband sence 1995 would be the last person I would put down as a contact for emergency's.

This outfit has now called twice about my ex-wife of over 25 years ago.  They don't seem to get that I have no information for them and certainly am not going to get involved in whatever it is they are doing.  More calls to me will get them referred to the Attorney General in AZ.

A woman named Ms. Washington called from this number for my husband.  However this woman called my father and made several threats regarding prossicution, garnishment, and other legal action.  We have wonderful credit and have never referenced my father on any accounts.  I have pulled and reviewed his credit report again to make sure that all was well, and there is no listing from CCF Inc on his credit report or mine.  We attempted to call this lady back, but no matter what extension we select we are transferred to Ms. Washington's voice mail box that is full.  As we promptly pay all bills in full or contact the creditors and make acceptable payment arrangements, I fully believe this is a scam!  If they call back they will be referred to the AG's office in OK!

Caller stated that I owed them money from a check I wrote in 2004, threatened to take me to court if I did not pay up. Answered the phone as an investigator with CCF when I returned the call. Made threats if I did not give them my checking account number or credit/debit card number. Told me not to ignore this and if I did not call them a decision would be made without me.
