A man identified as Joseph Roma called today (1/31/12) to say he was coming to my job to serve me with 2 summons on behalf of CRG and if I wanted service elsewhere I should call them at this number.  When I had not called w/in 1/2 hour he called again & I told him this was a debt collection harrasment issue and if he was not aware of what CRG was doing he was now and would be included in any legal action against CRG in the future

There's someone named David and Ms. White called from CRG Services (Pay Day Loan Scam). They claim their from the Sheriff's office and that they can not unseal what the info is about. When you ask them the client's name they say they can't tell you. They say its for fraudulent check writing. But I dont even have a checking account!!! They have an 888 number that goes from their fake service rep to the fake sheriff. The Real CRG Services is a insurance agency.

I just received a message from a George Tunney located at 313-202-9314 stating he would be serving me at my place of employment (which he knew) and that I could call 888-791-8011 to arrange to be served elsewhere. I have not called to find out who this mysterious "client" is supposed to be. Has anyone had this particular person claim the same or actually show up? I'm inclined to believe this is a total scam.

I have had this person call my job and tell my boss what a rotten person I was and that they were coming to serve me papers if I did not call them back but he used the name of deceptive Eugene Tunney.  The last person that called and I told them to bring the papers and come on.  They cussed me so bad and then cussed my boss out. They told us things like we weren't anything but a bunches of b---- and w-----.

Got a call from area code 773# & the woman she gave me 1-888-791-8011 with ref# to call and speak with someone bout this matter and said it was bout summons to court and she asked me would I like to be transfer to the person to speak with so she put me on hold and man said name I didn't pay attention to what the name was & said I'm so & so & are you in custody I reply no am I cause it will be a needle in a haystack to find me & he said reason for this matter was for a check made to Ford Motor Credit in the amount & can settle this out of court to avoid xtra fees & such I said unable to pay anything and see you in court and he got lil mad & said goodbye so that's all the info I can give you and if anything go to your local police dept and they will tell you in person if you have or don't a arrest warrant don't give out any personal information bout SS# state id or documents or ur home address report it to police.

I've received the same thing.A man left a message stating that he'll come to my job with papers for a pay loan I had supposly had in 2009. He wanted me to pay $ 1897. So, instead he wanted me to pay $212.I have a feeling it'sa scam. Watch out for numbers 313-918-1498,313-202-9314,313-918-1490, and 313-918-1497

I received a call on thursday, feb. 15th from a man calling me from a 646 area code stating that he was looking for Priscilla ___ to stating he would be serving me at my place of employment  and that I could call 888-791-8011 to stop this.  i called the 888-791-8011 and spoke to a mr. david goldstein and gave me a case number and asked him which payday loan and he mentioned something i didn't understand.  in's monday president day, no work, this man david goldstein again left a message on my cell.  do they actually show up at the work place?

2/15 received a call  at work from #646 area code stating that he was papers to serve to me at my job, it's surprising, he sounded america, sourthern drawl and had a smoker voice.  if i want to stop this from happening and being embarrassed at work for me to call 888-791-8011.  i called the 888 # and spoke to david goldstein from CRG Associates about a payday loan in 2009 from CNG.  i admit that i've had past payday loan and have paid them all, but this one didn't ring well me.  the total bill is 1900, but he'll make a deal with me for 500.  i asked him if i can send through western union, he said no.  i gave him my debit card #.  i've had several scam numbers calling me at work and home and i've written down the numbers.  after i hung up i looked at my list of scam numbers and this 888-791-8011 was on my list.  i immediately called my bank to close my account and to give me a new debit card.  on 1/20, president day, goldstein left me a message stating the arrangements didn't go through and therefore papers will be filed and i will received them either wednesday or thursday.  i'll keep you posted.

AMBER no they wont serve you!! maybe you are part of the scam itself! they are scammers and they cannot touch you or hurt you in any way! get a grip girl-we are not falling for this crap you have posted!! we are not stupid!

I posted awhile back - I still have not been served or contacted in an appropriate manner and it has been three weeks. I've contacted an attorney about the illegal harassment and the people where I work are pretty awesome and have been informing E. Tunney that he is now part of a harassment suit and will be part of another one if he doesn't cease and desist.

The same guy called me to but his number was 615-800-7779.

All I want to know is its 2014 now the month is april how the hell is this still going on. I just recieved a call had all old info about me but they managed to get my last 4 of my SS# and DOB before I realized it was a scam. contacted my ex husband ex of 23 year ago this is just nuts

I am an attorney pursuing CRG (Credit Recovery Group), learned very quicky thay the name I had to use for this lawsuit was PnL Agency L.L.C. the reason the owner uses 3 names and does not provide physical address is to prevent anyone from locating him for lawsuits or F.T.C. shutting them down. For everyone's info these are valid debts, the ammounts are very wrong, we learned that the owner applies any figure that he feels necessary to make him more money generally the figure we notice applied to many of these purchased debt os approximately $750.00-$850.00 keep in mind this is completely illegal. and if you want to pursue them legally contact any attorney who deals with fraud companies or debt collection companiea. This is a very easy case as they violate about every FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) that exists so if the attorney you hire knows what he or she is doing its a guaranteed win.

This is still going on. I have received calls from e Tunney stating they will serve me with a summons and they have my info. Steven Riley is the name being used by CRG in New York. The address they give is to a ups store in NY.

Yep still going on I received calls from them as well bur now they are going as capital resolution group (Crg). They call from different numbers the numbers I have are 844 613 6131 under ashley johnson an 844 226 6470 katelyn nelson. An the same rhe address they give is 5651 MAIN ST SUITE #8-164 WILLIAMSVILLE, NY 14221

Same company called me for us bank they said for 400 dollars got me last year for 200

They are now calling claiming to be part of the Wayne County Sheriff's office threanted legal action against me and my grandmother. They got about 400 out of me before I wised up and have begun telling them to F*** off. They have since stopped calling me.

I received a call from this number saying I wrote a bad check to fleet pride and that they have spoke to my family members who informed them of who I really am....lol. oh yeah, I used a fake i.d. to open up a bank account to write this bad check.

Ha! Ha! They tried to scam the reviews with their own number? Dumbasses! And NOBODY gets a Payday loan for $10.  It is March 7,2022 and I got a robomessage on my voicemail basically stating the same thing like everyone else. I'm tempted to call them back and [***] with them. 😂😂😂😂
