Second time calling in two days. No message left and today they simply hung up when I answered. Must not be important.

Whoever it is has called twice in the past two days, but hasn't left a message either time.

This is Insight calling about my card.

After reading above posts, I logged into my online page for the Insight card (which has recently changed from Mastercard to a Visa) and after logging in, was requested to change my online password.  I see no reason for this, and something seems funny about that.  Called me two times already with no message.  I plan on calling number on back of card to see if this is a legitimate request by the card issuer, or a possible scam by a third party.  I see no reason I should have to change my password online at all.

Just got a new visa insight card yesterday. That number called me, too. Hung up before I could answer.

They called me....I answered, and the phone rang.... and the guy answered with "hello"?!  WTH!  Is my insight card being hacked?  I"ll transfer all my money immediately!  I got a text yesterday saying overdraft protection was no longer available, too....

Yeah, we are bummed about the hang-up calls. Found out about the overdraft being dropped without any prior notice when it was the very worst time for us.  (had a car engine blow up). Thanks for nothing Insight.

Just called my cell, I know when Insight calls they speak to me. I got a call the other day about the overdraft being stopped and you can get another new card with overdrafy protection.... I opted out to save from all those fees... I found out about the overdraft being cancelled because my husband tried to get gas and it was declined. When I called that was the reason why.

I just missed this call, I also have an insight card. They recently stopped offering overdraft through trust bank so they are offering a new card from another bank that does offer overdrafts. You can also sign up for it on their site, http://www.insightcards.com/newinsightcard, they  always call while Im working.

I received a call from this number on May 1 at 1:00 PM. I did not pick up. No message was left. I have also been receiving emails that an Insight card had been issued to me. I do not recall applying for an Insight card. I'm in Oakland, Calif.

We both have Insight cards and I can tell you I am not changing my password or anything with someone over the phone. They never leave a message and call when I am not around to take the call and they are only calling the cell phone. What's up with that? They have my home number. It is all very fishy to me.
