These people have gone too far, trying to say I am being served with a claim and they are right outside my door... I should report these people to BBB.

My husband was contacted today & was told the same thing as "AL" above. But he was told a different name which was "Tom Murphy" He was trying to verify address & employment. He was told he had charges & a claim against him. He told him he had been officially notified. The crappy part is you could hear a loud tv going on in the background & other people talking the whole time. BE AWARE & don't let these idiots scare you. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Got mine again today. I have them blocked on my cell phone so all I get are their voicemails.
They have also called my ex sister in law (same last name) search for family members. They do this about every 3-4 months trying to get me to give them my bank account number or debit card number.
The caller does call himself "the firm" and they have "charges" against me. [***]. I checked the sheriffs department. No charges are filed and if there were, an official would have to serve them and NOT a random guy with a bogus name on a voice mail.
If you DO answer, ask them to provide you with paperwork. They can't. Tell them you'll meet them at the local police dept. Call their bluff.

I just got a call a woman who would not give her name, just said she was a private locator.  Said she was looking for my son, that they had "charges and a claim" against him and that she was trying to find him to "serve" him.  I kept asking who the "documents" were from and she just said "the firm" and gave me the 888-797-4526 number.  At one point she said that the name of the company was cut off on the fax so she couldn't read it.  Then she said that the documents were sealed in an envelope.  She got frustrated with me when I told her that she was contradicting herself and wasn't even making sense and she said, "as far as I'm concerned, he has been served" and hung up.  Totally bogus!

Received a phone call from 830-637-7271 from a Kevin Turner, also a "private locator" for "The Firm" that he only named as CMG.  What kind of firm is name CMG....anyways, also claims to have charges and documents to be served...gave the number 888-797-4526, that must be "the firms" number.

Just received a call saying he has sealed documents regarding a complaint and he had my addresses also, what is this? He wouldn't give me a name and when I asked him the name of the business associated with the phone number he said C and G

I just a call from this number stating that she has an order to appear that she must serve.  Her name was Karen Sanders.  I called the number back and got a man on the phone that would not identify the company only stating that they were mitigators and that is why they are not violating any harrasment laws and could call whenever they want.   I do not owe any money and have never even had a credit card.
