In this country you don't get a wage garnishment until after a judgement has been made against you...at your hearing...on your "court date". I guess things are different in the fouler parts of the world.

Two different guys claiming to be from law firms, one named Patrick and one naming Dave Wolf. They said if I don't make payment within 24 hours, I was gonna be arrested or be prosecuted for fraud charges. Wrote every detail down and reported them to the FTC. Names, what they said, phone numbers.

This happened to me last year too. People just have no lives, so disgusting ugh. Hopefully they catch these lowlige creeps.

I have had Dave Wolf and now Kevin Knight calling me on my job saying I have a bench warrant out for my arrest, I know the law, and if you have a bench warrant or legal documents to be served, it is done through your local law enforcement agency.
