Several calls a day, no message left.

Rec'd call.  Went to answering machine.  No message left.

I had work done in my house by Telus last week.  The technician said I'd probably be receiving a follow up phone call to determine customer satisfaction (automated survey).  I guess this might've been that call...

Can be several calls a day from TELUS 1-888-811-2323. Greeted by dead air or on one occasion a series of ring tones. They do not leave messages on answering machine. A bloody nusance!

What a bunch of complaining babies on this site. This is Telus calling you regarding your installation of a service. They want to know if your service call was excellent.

There are literally people on here that have their phone ring, they don't answer, and they're ready to complain to the government. What world do these people live in?

They should stop calling us every single day, sometimes several times a day.  If it was an emergency, they can leave a message on our answering machine.  That is the whole point of an answering machine.

No, this is not a follow up service call...whoever it is, if it is in fact Telus, are soliciting. i am not a Telus customer, hence they have no need to be calling me! Calling everyday is annoying!

Unknown caller. No message left. I don’t subscribe to Telus so this wasn’t a “How was your installation call?” As some here have suggested. It’s an irritation we didn’t need.

Called and didn't leave a message as usual. I'm not sure who it was they call here several times.
