This phone has been calling and harassing both myself and my 86 year old mother, regarding supposed claims against my daughter.  My daughter is 27 years old and we are NOT in contact with her and have not been for 5-6 years.    This individual states that his name s Ray Alvarez and he is an independent contractor who operates a "people finder" service on behalf of a consolidated claim.   He called my 86 year old mother Pauline Kowal THREE TIMES yesterday, 10/18/12 to which she spoke with him all three times stating that shes not in contact with my daughter, doesn't know where she is, doesn't know how to get a hold of her, etc.   He used verbal and aggressive tactics with my mother and had her frantically upset.   I told hm if he contacts either myself or my mother again, I will seek out the proper legal authorities and file harassment claims & protection from abuse claims against him.  He called me three times on 10/17/12 as well as calling me again on 10/18/12. This individual will not provide his company name, stating that he is an independent contractor and would not provide a company address.  With his aggressive and verbally abusive tactics, I believe that it is a scam.

This company has called me not stating who they are and are calling people they don't even know, but I know and are harassing them telling them that they have been served and then again a few minutes later they call me on my cell and harass me and they are a dirent person and tell me I have been served and tell me to call this 888 number and do not give me a extention number but a name to whom to talk to and their name is Lisa Vegas.  They tried something like this back 6 months ago and I got all stress out over it then and went to my bank and checked back regarding all my in and out payments of 3 years ago and I seen nothing that resembel anything they were talking about and how they get our contact people from other accounts I am not sure.  Please beware of this company.  They ask where you work and where you live, but when you ask  who they are they will not tell you and have other things to say.  I believe they are a fraud company.  I have tried calling them back for hours and all I get is  if you know there extention then please type it in and if you do not please press zero.  I did and it just keeps on a loop of if you do no know the parts extention please press zero.  They do not want you to call back.  They are hoping you a scared enough to give them your bank account so you can pay them money.

Just calledme at work and told me they were searching formysonand had a case number..or claim number...
He was very stern and scarry..Not sure who it was..He gave me an 888 number..

Doug Green actually called me and stated that this was my last chance to contact Consolidated @ 866-333-5361 and then called my work and gave them the same spill but left 888-816-9092 with the same claim number.  Now, what gets me is that he is not calling from one of these numbers, OH NO he is calling from the number (417)717-0005....try to call that number back and it is a fax machine!  He has called about 15 times today between my work number and my cell number.  THis also happened about a month ago.  No one can give an address and they refuse to send out any type of information validating a debt.  Just called about 30 minutes ago and told me that he would be delivering a package withing 15 minutes.....still not here.....waiting on him from a month ago.........

I have several threatning calls concerning me and my son, from different no's, all giving reference to call their home office at 888 816 9092.  The last call came from a land line in Camden Tn,  731 213 0132.   I would like to have a stop put to this calling.

They make reference to some legal papers or warrant,  That they think they can serve over the Phone,  Will not explain what the papers or about,  They just want money.
