Us too ?? Telling need to deliver documents ?

They called 20 minutes ago twice and left no message.

They said that I applied for a online payday loan and that they were going to serve me to go to court - Twin Bluff Financial ???

For what ever reason this number said they are trying to get a hold of me by contacting a man I divorced  13 years ago don't know why they are calling me

so stupid  voicemail left stated " hello my name is elaine perking and we have received a fax order for deliver to the address on record, please call us back about the deliver of these important documents"
I wish someone would actually do something about these calls.

This number called me and I blocked it.  They are now calling my family members telling them that it is a debt collector.

Same thing here... gave an address and email my husband had in 2000 and attached it to something he supposedly did in 2011... Too bad those are A. incorrect and B. Statute of limitations is up on a contract from 2011 and when I told them they said they would send for him to be in court in 24-48 hours and hung up on me... these people have me twisted. I am an intelligent business woman and I promise I don't have time for their games but I will report them to the proper authority... This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened to my husband. Its getting out of control

I work at a bankruptcy law firm. These are scams that have been going on for awhile. They just change their name and number. In the USA you will not be arrested by the police for not paying this debt. This is what they like to tell people to scare them. They have even provided fake letters saying you owe the bill. Never a contract that you signed though. They can't provide that. Just don't send them any money!

I just the same call and left a message saying it was Elaine Perkins about a fax order delivery.  I called the number back and no response.

I have been getting this call for weeks. They are looking for  my son so they can serve  papers for some reason.

I just received the same exact message. They are calling for my Ex. How do you have my number? Well they are now BLOCKED!

They called yesterday and left the same phony message about needing to deliver "faxed" documents. However, the person they said are looking for isn't anyone who lives here or have ever lived here.

Same here..same message. Called it back. Remediation firm. I have no bad debt. 700+ credit scores etc. Scam.

Both my wife and I got a call from this number they told her they need my social that I committed a crime and then they called me and said I had important papers waiting something about faxed documents. They scared my wife but I assured her it's more moron trying to scam people.

Is this fraud. They called me today saying it's a loan from 2010 that I owe I asked for location where I took loan out at and they said I took A loan out from online. I never done that

A scam call with ''agents'' looking to get ''repayment'' on fictitious pay day loans.

the guy who called was fishing for SS numbers, bank info, ect. Totally OBVIOUS SCAM!!!

called my place of business and told me that they had documents to deliver....????  Came up on caller ID as 1-800-Service

I've been getting the same style call on and off for 4 years always a new agency always different info. The scammers sell software and trade info back and forth and keep it going. It's annoying but kind of comical. I usually waste 10 minutes screwing with them and then hang up.
