01/03/15- Wow, three calls already from this number in just one day!  Persistent little devils!  Identified only as "800 Service" on Caller ID.  They always hang up when call is answered by answering machine.  Really wish that they could be reported to an agency that would fine them for harassment!  

08/01/15- Here we go...AGAIN!  Apparently they took a 7-month break, and now they are calling AGAIN?!  Same as before: they hang up when the call is answered by our answering machine.  Further proof that it's some type of scam/spoof/sales call, since legitimate callers leave a message, and request a return call.

Citi Bank

They're ba-a-a-a-ck!  THREE more calls from this number- AGAIN- on 10/27/15!  If it truly IS Citibank, as Bob L. has indicated, then the next time that I receive a call from this number, I will definitely call Citibank and give them a piece of my mind in regard to all of these annoying hang-up calls that they are making!  It needs to STOP!
