This number calls me every single day. I never pick up. How can I be removed from their list? I've already added my number to the national 'do not call' list.

The phone number 888-842-2495 is a travel agency, actually it is the promotions department at Caribbean Cruise Line, every time they call me there is NOONE on the phone... EVER is there... the easies and only way that I know to get this harrasment to stop is to call them back, now you just can not hit redile and do this, you half to dial it out and DO NOT forget to put a 1 befor the number... 1-888-842-2495... you will be put thru some wait time but to get the never ending phone calls to stop it was WELL worth the effort, you can hit a 0 and get to the operator right away and skip some fo the hastle... I truly hope this helps MANY people out there because this business and there computer phone system needs to be revamped and stop the down right harrasment of people in general.

I wouldn't pay them $118 from my credit card? They have been doing this for a
couple of years now. They have used different aliases in the past too.

FYI: You can have your phone company weather land line or cell phone, block the number for free for 3 months.  By that time, hopefully they will get the point of not calling back since they are blocked.  Hope this helps all of you.

I have had many calls from this #. Finally answered to be offered a free cruise for a survey they said I took. Said I took no such survey and hung up. Hope they don't call again.

I receive several calls a day from this number.  There is no one on the line.  I want this calls to stop as it i harassment.

I called the number back after they hung up on me. When I asked the first guy who answered, why they hung up on me, he said they have a issue with their voicemail system and hung up on me. The second lady to answer said "No Problem, just ignore the calls" when I asked her to take me off their call list. SO, now i will dial 1-888-842-2495 (then hit redial all day) and HARRASS the FUDGE outta these [***], until their accountant finds out about the companies toll-free phone bil! LOLz @ spammers! Don't hold-in your hate for these LOSERS, call em back and let it blossom on THEIR dime. They don't respect your time, so make them pay for it. FYI: It cost them an EXTRA 25cents per call, if you call them from a payphone...

thanks, Chris.  i talked to 3 different people (Jon, George, Jaimie).  i was all set up to purchase the $118 travel package, but when i wouldn't upgrade, Jaimie bullied me and started being incredibly rude.  i told her to forget the whole thing and then called my credit card company to make sure i wouldn't be charged for ANY amount.  i'm embarrassed that i was almost duped.

Yes to make the calls stop call back and tell them you would like to be takin off the call list its there computer that constantlt calls so call them and tell them thanks but no thanks. Hope this helps!!!

They called me two days ago, and for entertainment purposes I took the survey, but they never asked for any account information. Can they still find a way to charge me? Because they keep calling me as well.

This number belongs to Carribean Cruise Line out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Most likely they've told you you've won or have been chosen to participate in a sweepstakes or are offering a great cruise. Don't fall for it. In order to win something, you need to enroll or buy the ticket. There is no such thing as email lotteries, either.

Just tell them you wish to be removed from their company call list and by Federal law, they're required to respect your wishes. Each company is supposed to keep and maintain an internal do not call list. If they call again after you've requested NOT to be called, you could take them to court for breaking the rules.

It's also against the law for them to call you before 8 am and after 9 pm.

It's amazing these people haven't been shut down already due to their shady and questionable business practices.

OMG this number has called me EVERY day for the past month! I picked up a couple of times, but no one ever on the line! I finally decided to "google" the number and found this site, thank goodness!!! I called them and told the lady that finally answered to take me off the list and she hangs up on me!!!!!!! I call right back and got a man this time who did actually listen to me and said he took me off the list, but not after he asked me all sorts of questions about some survey I took and kept pushing me to talk about why I'm no longer interested, etc. WHO CARES! Just take me off the list!  He said it's their computer system and said "it sometimes gets a glitch so I do apologize, it wasn't intentional". SURE, ok buddy. He also said it could take up to 72 hours to get me entirely out of their system and to disregard anymore calls I get. Oh, I'll disregard them alright and if they call AFTER 72 hours they will be hearing from my lawyer. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! SCREW YOU CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINES and quit harassing people!!!!!!!!!!!

Get calls from the number numerous times a day, and it comes up as TOLL FREE CALL.  It's very annoying to say the least and I usually just don't answer.  However, like others that do take the call no one is there so my time is again wasted.  I guess I will try having them removed from their list, and block the caller.

I took the survey just to find out the catch and have been receiving the calls from them daily I finally answered and they offered a free $900 cruise for just $118. Well that didn't sound free then & made up an excuse that I didn't have the funds. They then they place me on hold and some pushy guy gets on saying "come on lets go make the payment even if it overdrafts or gets declined"..

Haha really now no thanks. I got hung up on, hopefully they stop calling now.
