unknown caller..left no message...

As I answered the phone, I noticed my phone screen said "phone scam".  No one answered my Hello.

The source number left on my phone has 11 (not 10) digits. 88884400803.  I dropped the 3 to enter this report.

Call is from Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.  I have surgery scheduled they want to go over insurance info with me.

I had 1-888-844-0080 call my number three times in a row, each one two minutes apart. The answering machine picked up all three times, but in the one message they left, there was nothing on it. The ID was listed as "not provided".

This is Novant Health.  They were calling about some mail being returned.

This is a legitimate number.  It's a toll free number for Novant Health Customer Service.
I didn't answer because the caller ID listed it as Prebysterian Hospital.  But this was a call from Novant Health.  I had gone to the Forsyth Hospital ER after an auto accident and I assume this is the billing department.  They left a message that they needed more information, presumably in regard to my insurance.
