The identity of the caller is muffled but I heard the number barely and the hours of operation.   Reading the other comments clued me in to what company called.  Rec'd a letter from them, but it is not a valid debt on our part as this matter was settled 4 years ago and no one here owns the property in question anyway.   Be cautious with this type of sleazy bill collector.

They are nation star....I have nothing with them and 4 months ago the calls started...they were recordings and they disrupted my practice.  after a month of daily calls I called the number back, they said sorry it will stop and a week later they were back.

About the 15th call to them to stop harassing me some rude operator wanted me to pay pal $50 to be taken off of the list, I got mad and the calls stopped for about 10 days....They were back and it was twice a day...morning and afternoon...

Last week I tracked down their main office...Texas and they said sorry the calls were being generated out of California, they seemed to care I got some names and all was good ...for a week. today they are back, and I googled the number.

I would to see a bunch of us find a lawyer and go after these scammers...I cant change my 20 year old cell number.

    my email is wkenew@gmail.com

Its the end of 2013 and they are still at it...I have been getting hit for 4 months and the more I demand for them to stop the more numerous the calls come..it could be a bad employee playing games, I was asked to pay pal $50 to get removed from their list.

I have great credit , never used these people. We should ban together and find a lawyer. I feel this company has cost me $$$$

First send them a cease & desist letter via US certified mail and keep a copy for yourself.  Record everything, and check your states laws in regards to that, some require you to inform them of it up front.  File reports on this, and don't forget to tell them the one told you pay to be removed.

    Report them here:

New laws went into effect the 16th of Oct also..

No message was left, so I called back, they were just reminding me that a payment was coming due.

I don't consider this call spam at all. If you're not a customer, call and tell them that. I'm pretty sure they have to remove your name/number from their list. If you are a customer, be glad they reached out to you. I've been a customer for a few years and though they have been very reasonable to deal with, they aren't so good about contacting me before a seemingly minor issue becomes a major problem (we've had a number of them, pretty much all have been my fault, long story...)

Seriously, if they have your number in error, take a minute to call them.
