Unwanted phone call...Debt collection

Annoying collection agency. Calls all hours of the day and night and on weekends. Starting to tick me off!

A number at 888856210 is asking for me and to call back. Ive called back and they say my name is not in their list or my social security number. They called back with a different number and still won't quit!

I've let these people know for over a year ( the time I got my new phone number) that there was no one by the name of Stephanie here and to remove my number.  They kept on calling.  NOW they are threatening me by saying they are going to call HomeLand Security...??? They yelled and said that I must know this person and that I must be a relative!! I've told them over and over that this was a NEW phone number for me..how would I know this person.  They were rude. They call at times they know that they can't..and they are calling me even after I've told them they have the wrong number! I hope someone stops these people and they get fined.

I get the same thing.  But the funny thing is that they want to sue for a debt that's over 10 yrs. old.  Way past the statue of limitations in Ca.

Got a call from 8888562120 identifying themselves as "Brochfield & Associates".  Caller name:  Mr. Clauss?  Voicemail indicated to return his phone call as soon as possible to 8668346218 ext 6077.  They may tell you that they are lawyers or use the term "law office".  Please be advised that these people are in no way lawyers.  They are only debt collectors.  I'm surprised that someone hasn't yet sued them for impersonating a lawyer/law office.

Caller just keeps saying person's name. No message! Just trying to harass.
Filing suit shortly in Texas district court. Many violations FDCPA. Bottom line, they don't care. They soon will though. Class actions can make hurt v. the do nothing individual FDCPPA cases.

Called on Saturday, 10:16 AM:

Left call to my answering machine:  Recorded message asking for someone else, says if you are not that person to not listen to the rest of the message, "if you do so, you are admiting you are that person." I picked up an hung up.  What a bunch of crap.

I have been receiving phone calls from this company for a long time.  They finally left a voicemail stating my name and that I owed a bill.  They didn't leave any other information.  I called back and they were asking for my social security number. I was curious because I dont have ANY debt, and then also IF i did where's the letter in the mail? THe representative got aggrivated because I told him I wouldn't give my social. This place is a scam!

Same as everyone else, they call after hours and do not leave messages.

If you receive a call from this #, they are a collection agency.  The messages that are left are voice activated and the voices do not match from the name of the individual or the speaker.  They will continue to call using various telephone numbers associated to their offices.  It is always a very important call and that the person needs to call back. If they really wanted to sue, they would have already taken people to court.  But, if you look at who they are after, there is no property or pay (in the state of Texas cannot garnish wages) that can be taken.

Having the same thing happen to me, they call several times a day, all day long, and on weekends.  It's always just a recording, telling us to call them back.  They are scam artists, and should not be allowed to harrass people like they do.

I have recived a summon by the court from this company. so watch out

I have been trying to take care of this debt for some time now. I can't get any information out of them how to pay, or how much to pay. but not their taking me to court... I can never get a hold of anyone to talk to, W.T.F is wrong with this company!!!
