I have gotten a little closer to tracking these guys down!!

If you do a google search for "Great Atlantic Warranty", you come up with a youtube account which belongs to these a$$holes. The account name is MIKEZAMBOUROS.

I then googled "mikezambouros", which netted the url of a a website owned by these creeps - mikezambouros.com!  Sure enough, if you try going here, the title of the page is "Great Atlantic Warranty", though the page itself just says "coming soon".

Just for kicks, I did a WHOIS search for this domain (mikezambouros), just to see who registered it, and that netted me the following information:

I actually just called this guy. He's innocent. His company is an outside agency that happened to set up the website for GA Warranties. He's not involved in the way the business works...he was just hired to set up the website.

There is this little thing called 'Guilty By Association'.

I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC against his company as well. Then maybe his 'outside agency' will better decide who they do business with in the future.

these guys did the automated call out, i pressed one to talk to someone since this had happened to me already, and also to a friend of mine.  I spoke with a rep named Joe, who told me the company is GA Warranty, and I got a number to call back - 1 866 550 8688.  I found their cheesy website, and so i know it is Great Atlantic Warranty.  I'm glad you have their physical address.  Love the internet.  If I lived in the florida area i might be out buying eggs and spraypaint...

I am the owner of kreative pc, and yes I built there website, and hosted a few of there sites a while ago. KreativePC, Gary Seaman, and kre8sion@yahoo.com/kreativepc.com have nothing to do with GAW or Michael Zambouris. I have actually been called by the police, and quite a few of you pissed off about this. I gave the police all the info I have. I only built a web site so I dont know the legitimacy, or anything else about them. I tried to get a hold of them myself, and got as far as the rest of you! I am sorry, but I cant help you, and if anyone feels they still need to attack the company that built there sites, and hosted them, I imagine there will be some legal issues to deal with. any hosting, or sites we maintain for them will be shut down because of all of this, but its not going to help with the problem at hand, let the police handle it!

Calling 1 866 550 8688, I got a guy named Paul.  I explained that I would be filing a FCC complaint against his company and was considering filing a small claims court suit for $500 (damages allowed in the TCPA act http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/47/227.html) if he didn't immediately remove my name from their calling list.  He apologized repeatedly and said he would remove it.

Don't count on getting removed.  They are a crapo phising site and don't give a hoot.  Not just me talking out of my [***] here, see what the Connecticut Attorney General called them - by name:

This company called me last night, during a dinner party, and I stupidly signed up for a warrantee.  Just read your website and others like it.  Going to call credit card co. and cancel my charge and put a watch on that cc acct.  I called Great Atlantic morning and asked that they return my call. Help!  My husband was sure they were fraudulent---he was correct!

Same price for my 2000 Volvo.  5 year warrantee.

Chris, a manager at GAW, called me on August 30th and told me that they sent me my refund check on August 27th and that there was a problem with their system affecting 21 customers.  I’ve waited 6 months for my refund of $2288 and finally received a check on September 3rd, deposited and was notified that the check bounced.  So not only am I out my refund, I’m out the service charge from the bank.  This is a dubious and unethical company.  I’ve called countless times and left over a hundred messages with their answering service.  When I finally did get through to GAW, I spoke to both Tracy and Mindy (on two separate occasions).  These two are trained liars; they are deceitful and vile just like their company.  Spread the word about this company to your friends, family and co-workers.

they called and offered this great deal, but when decided to cancel they told me to send in all this info, like mileage, there product and then fax the stuff in to them. Did all of this on June 13, 08, was told that I will get my refund in 8-12 weeks NOTHING!!!!!!!! The sorry suckers want even return my callls. But GOD has the last say so and they all will be dealt with.

I used to work with them when they were actually a good company. I no longer work there Im a family guy. trust me I know and feel your pain i know what they do. But the person behind the bs is more political than the actual workers. They just try to sell, the people that screw you are the owners and managers, and the owner is Mike Zamborous, He is linked with the mob and lives in deerfield beach florida. Their home base is in Boca Raton, He has 3 lawyers to try and protect him but the attorney generals are all cracking down on him because of his methods of selling they illegally use Random Dialers to call random people on cell phones and try to talk you into buying the warranty that is way over priced.Dont get me wrong full coverage warranties are good, but the others are bs with their terms and conditions, Cristin is mike z's right hand girl. She helps him make his quick bucks. They are also tied to an office in clearwater florida called National Business Communications, where they were also called Certified warranty services. they sell direct choice. But the thing is is mike z pays warranty companys about 500 for a policy. he sells them to you for 2195 and higher.  Here lately he has been greedy and not paying the warranty companies but yet taking your money. he has to use random people to open his offices because he cannot. but the KING OF YOUR MISERY IS MIKE ZAMBOROUS He cares about nobody and takes money from everything He should be in prison for stealing sooo much of your hard earned money. His other right hand man is Richard Smith. He managed G.A.W. In Winterhaven fl.  David Giorginio is the guy behind the clearwater office. Please dont  be angry at me, when they were legit i was a good sales man and was honest. when it started turning sour i left.

salesman called and said he could sell me a warranty 100,000 miles bumper to bumper, i paid 600.00dollars down, suppose to pay 100.00 a month for 18 months, my first claim was denied!!!!!! i had to pay 4000,00 dollars out of my pocket!!!! now i want my money back, and no one will answer my calls!!!!!!!!! or return them!!!!!!!!

That's not there adress nor has it been in almost a year !!!!! and North American warranty has nothing to do nor have they with them...They only sell some of the same policies but for less, and may have at some point hired EX- sales reps. that quit Great Atlantic.Every one that had association with them out side of those so called bad guys, were only regular people taken advantage of just like the consumers that bought warranties over the phone...

North American Warranty is not know or ever been associated with Great Atlantic warranty. Do your research before you slander anyone!!!!!!
