- Jake| 4 repliesJust recieved the same call 10 minutes ago from a Mary Hughes stating I won two free tickets from my local airport (Seattle) and Marriott hotel stay. Thought it was peculiar that they name my local airport. Anyone else get the same?
- Caller: 5 Star Getaways
- MattGot a similar call stating the same won 2 free tickets etc. Odd that they would mention my local airport in Seattle probably based on the area code of my phone number.
- cathy jaramillo replies to Trucker| 1 replyDid anyone call them back to see what the specific scam is? That would be helpful as well
- Danielle replies to JakeYeah I got a call as well. SeaTac is my local airport. I didn't answer but I would like to know what it's about.
- teacheramyI live in the Seattle area and just got this call, too. Same everything you guys mentioned.
- kyle| 7 repliesI called it back and they said come in and get the tickets. BUT, when you get there you have to show your drivers license and a credit card. But she says they won't use the numbers off the credit card. I call [***]. Probably got a camera in the sealing zoomed in in the area where you pull your card out. The USA is chalk full of cold hearted & greedy people! Can't stand it! And the last time I filled out an entry form somewhere was 5+ years ago sooooo.........pricks.
- Caller: Some travel place
- Call type: Event reminder
- Tyler replies to kyleWhere did you go in to pick up the "tickets"?
- CookJust got the call at work on my cell. Knew it was bull because I never entered a sweepstakes in a while. Plus in the vmail the robo voice said hello twice with the same tone and same way of saying it. Total bull . didn't buy into it
- Call type: Telemarketer
- mike| 1 replyI got the same call a few minutes ago, don't know if this is legit or not. It would be nice to get a free trip especially if you are guaranteed and don't have to buy anything, but this seems too good to be true.

- Jr Lopezthis place is a scam. I've spent the last 20 minutes researching them. First of all none of their websites are professional. Also, they have like 4 names!!! 5 star resort travel club, global vacation destinations, Global connections inc. and Global discovery Vacations. I researched them on BBB and they are NOT accredited. I would rather not take my chances and pass on this
- RonA robocall (illegal) to our cell phone this morning at 11:36. Recorded woman's voice offered free airfare for two anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, and two nights stay at a Marriott Hotel. If it sounds too good to be true, it must not be true = a scam. We have reported this call to the FTC -- hope that these illegal calls promoting scams can be stopped.
- Caller: did not hear a name--travel company
- Call type: Telemarketer

- rlnighthawk replies to JakeYeah, just got called also by a "Mary Hughes" (robocall) with same message saying I won two roundtrip tickets to anywhere including honolulu. Also said from Sea-Tac airport. Interesting that she said the tickets were for me and my spouse but I'm not married. She said she was from "5-Star Getaways".
- Concerned CallerJust received 1-888-875-1119 voice mail. Mary Hughes- you or a family member entered a contest and won two airlines tickets. Should be reported to FCC, since it is a scam!
