This number calls my daughter's cell phone everyday, twice a day at 11 am and 2:30pm. Everytime I call the number back to tell them to remove the number and not to call again, the person who answer the call hangs up immediately. On neither call did she tell me the name of the company or what they wanted when I asked. She tried to say in order to give me that information she needed my name and social security number. Just a reminder... NEVER GIVE THAT INFORMATION WHEN YOU GET CALLS LIKE THIS!!!!!!!  As soon as I say I would like for you to stop calling, they don't even respond the phone just goes dead.

received call from 888-876-3995, recording said nco required by law to notify of a debt before proceeding. Must call that #, ask for Miss Murphy.  Called that #--answered phone as nco Tina speaking. I replied I just received a call from you.  Her reply are you -----------------(she had somewhat my name and asked me if I was she. I answered the name was part right.  She asked me if my last four number of my SS# ---- was that.  I replied not sure, her reply was we can't speak to you unless you give us the last four numbers and disconnected me.  I was upset and looked the phone # up and apparently this is unethical.

The guy who had my cell phone number prior to me gets debt collection calls like crazy.  This is yet another one of those.
