Received a missed call from this number.  They left a message stating to call back 800-404-8817.  This is a pdl - United Cash Loans.

Just submitted a claim to the FTC. They call my work everyday, even if I say "there is no one here by this name" or "do not call here anymore".

They leave me a message telling me to call back with a different number than they called with!

I get harrased by this company with calls that I had not asked for. Please get them to stop!

These guys started by calling my friends.  Not sure where they got my info. They started calling my number & making threats after I called them back to see who they were. The same guy that called has used a different name every time. They couldn't tell me what company, but said I owed them money. They said they were from the legal dept of the county I live in.  There is no such dept. They threatened to bring the sheriff & serve me a warrant & have me hauled away from my job.  Needless to say, I haven't seen them yet & I haven't paid them a dime!!  FRAUD!!!

Those calls are totally, absolutely ILLEGAL. The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) STRICTLY PROHIBITS bill collectors from calling third parties without your knowledge or consent. A separate federal law, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, prohibits them from making "robocalls" to your cell phone.

Bill collecters such as United Cash Loans, which are owned by federally-recognized  Indian tribes, are immune from state laws, but they are NOT immune from federal law. Not only is UCL prohibited from making collection calls to you under the FDCPA once they've received a cease-and-desist letter from you, they're further barred by the federal Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.

I sent UCL two such letters -- the second by Certified Mail with a Return Receipt -- yet UCL is STILL calling me. Every call that UCL makes to me is an ILLEGAL call. I've already filed two complaints against UCL with the Federal Trade Commission.

Because of UCL's repeated violations of federal law, they VOIDED whatever debt that I had owed them and, as far as I'm concerned, they're never going to get another cent from me.

I get called by this number every single day between 8:30am and 9:30am. I answered once, they said they were looking for Derek. I said there's no Derek at this number, I had just got this phone a few weeks ago! Still they call and call.

So I called the number back, and got a woman. I told her the situation, she said she would remove my number. We'll see.

These people call me several times a day.  Starting before 8am and not stopping until 10pm.  They have called my work and will not give me an address to send them a "cease" letter.  I am so tired of the harassment!

This number belongs to UNITED CASH LOANS. If you owe them money they will hound you til the cows come home. Best bet is to change your number because they are relentless and annoying.

I recently received numerous phone calls from this number 888-883-4519. The lady identified the company as United Cash Loans. I never heard of them before so in short I never done business with them otherwise I would have known them. When I said I never heard of them the lady I spoke to just kept on rattling at me refusing to let me speak.
 In sum, this company sounds like a scam, is it, has anyone else ran into the same problem with this company?

 I recently did further checking regarding United Cash Loans. The best place to start a compliant is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, telephone no# 855-411-2372, or you can go online to cusumerprotetionbureau.gov to file your complaint online. They will respond within 15 days and provide you with a case no#. They will also take the complaint over the telephone as well.
 So complain these complains will put a stop to harassment. In my case they are calling a private medical cell phone with a number they should not have access too. Perhaps they have acquired information on you that they should not have access to and are using it inappropriately. In conclusion, companies with these practices need to be stopped in their tracks and filing complaints is the starting point. I am not one who is for government intervention by and large but there is always a cut off point.
