- Ronald Lee Campbell| 3 repliesThis company called brain facts keeps calling me and says that I subscribed to them and charcges me 9.99 a month even though I continue to call them and tell them that this isn't so
- Caller: Brain facts
- pattyI never ordered anything but they charge me $9.99 a month. Such [***].
- Jon AtheyI just got three instant messages from 602-06 and the refer to this number.
- Caller: Unknown
- SkeeterI had texts from 602-06 that referred me to 1-888-890-6150, and also stated I would be charged $9.99/mo for some MobiRacerIQ service of which I NEVER signed up for. I hope to get it resolved via my provider.

- GlennI received a text from 60206 which stated; Your MMPRD_60206_LUVCRSH_999_S subscription has been renewed. $9.99/mo. To unsubscribe text STOP to 60206. You are all set to download your context anytime (which is quite funny since my phone is simply a phone with no internet service)! Carries Premium Charge. After speaking to my phone carrier they advised I text the word STOP as indicated to cease the subscription. I did so on their advice even tough I never subscribed and this seemed like an opening to someone saying I did since I'm requesting to cancel. After I text the word STOP I receved a confirmation text indicating i'd cancelled and if there were any questions to call 1-888-890-6150 and this was for something called Imagine My Crush of which I NEVER signed up for. Upon calling this number and speaking to someone named Max I was unable to get the person to identify the name of the company, he just indicated they are someone who sends out random texts like the one I received. He offered if I gave him my cell phone number that they would remove it from their list, yeah like I'm going to give someone who can't even tell me what the company name is my cell phone number. I thanked him for his time and let him know I would handle it through my cell phone provider. I'm documenting with them in case any charges do show up on my bill they have the information already that I didn't authorize any charges and contest any that occur. Let's hope this does the trick, what a pain in the you know what that people can send random a random text to you and cause such worries!

- JAETHREEI reported this company to AT&T and was able to have that charge credited back...this is [***] and should be illegal!!!
- NathanSame thing as all the above notes. I started getting random text messages but didn't think anything of them as I have received them before. I just deleted them and moved on with life. Then I received my cell phone bill and it was $9.99 higher than usual so I called my carrier. They told me I subscribed to some service called "Love crush" and asked me if I have ever heard of it. I responded that I had not and they credited the $9.99 to my account. They then advised me not to give out my phone number when filling out surveys online. The last bit is very amusing to me as I don't give my phone number to anyone/business unless it is required for a transaction. Last time I checked, I didn't sign up for anything with "Love Crush" let alone agree to be charged for an unwanted service that is not even being provided.
I wish I could send people unsolicited letters then charge them for my "service". - OOReceived the same texts from MobiRacerIQ... never signed up. Called the # to stop and it was India. They asked for my PayPal account to re-credit me of the charges. I said NO.. I dont trust them.. asked for my home address to bill me a check.. such fraud. have to call my carrier to stop the charges..

If you get texts like this be sure to get with your cell company because they do charge 9.99 a month just for sending out the text or if you respond. - SummerI have received 4 texts from this stupid # 25184. According to my billing statement I signed up a month ago. I never signed up for any of the various "services" that they offer. I never responded to texts or called the number but they still charged me 9.99. Will call provider like everyone else and see if they will credit me back.

- HowardThese people sent me a text message saying that my cell phone account had been enrolled in their text message service and they were going to bill me $9.99 per month. I called AT&T and they reversed the charge and put a block on my account so they would not be able to charge my account again.
I have no idea who the company is or how they got my number. I didn't ever call them, I just dealt directly with AT&T. - Bear| 1 replyI got this text message saying I had subscribed to GAGACell IQ Fun Facts....I don't even know who these scammers are. Then I went online and checked my bill and the bloodsuckers charged a download to my phone to the tune of 9.99. I got the charges refunded and the number blocked.
Don't these people have anything better to do?- Caller: GAGACell IQ Fun Facts 25870

- lisaI just got the same message for the same number saying Welcome to IQ and Ithat I will be charged 9.99 per month for the service though I never signed up for anything. I did the STOP thing and then they responded saying I will not receive further charges. I just messaged back and told them I better not receive ANY charges since I never signed up for anything or joined anything. Now they are sending3 more texts from a website. Off to check my phone bill. And yes, this should be illegal!

- BCrocker| 2 repliesI found a charge on my AT&T bill from this number for $9.99 that hit one month before I ever received a text from this bogus company on my iphone. I called AT&T and they removed the charge and they are setting up my phone so any mobile purchase I make in the future will require a PIN. The way she explained it is that they will not allow any company to put a charge on my AT&T bill that I have not approved.

- Cathy replies to BearI just called ATT and had a charge of $9.99 for this bill, plus the next month's bill already had one on it, $9.99 for a text my son's iphone had saying something about pink flamingos. The customer service representative stressed to me, ANYTIME you get a text from a 5 digit number, open it, reply, texting STOP or they WILL BILL you for a subscription to this useless thing... That is how to stop them, until the phone companies get some legal way to block them. They can block you or your kids (parental control) form buying apps and Subscriptions on app stores, without a code that comes to YOUR email address.
SO call your CUSTOMER SERVICE 611 on your cell for ATT, and they will take off the charges, and stop it (at least I hope it is stopped!) Then, next time, TEXT back to the number, STOP. - cathy replies to BCrocker| 1 replyThe way my ATT representative explained it to me, the parental control with the code you got, free from ATT, is for the APP store, so you or kids don't buy a stupid app subscription or even a one time app that you are charged for, and if you do want to buy one, on purpose, you use the access code to do it, with full knowledge you are purchasing it. The thing ATT took off was probably a $9.99 charge for a 5 digit number texting you a message, and the only way to stop them putting that charge as a Subscription every month, is to immediately REPLY, text back to the number, STOP. If not you will get the charge, and then have to call ATT to get it taken off. Check your bills everyone!
- D.WatsonI had called the number after having my provider reverse the changes and install a purchase block on my account. After being dropped into voicemail on my first attempt (after ten minutes of hold time) my second attempt reached a representative. After a bit of discussion, I had managed to pull the following out of them; They claim that their company name is "Mobile Media" They refused to answer if they were owned by a parent corporation. When I had ask their address to send legal correspondence, they refused to answer, but claimed to be out of California. Not getting anywhere, I then requested to talk to a supervisor and he had offered up an email address <support@ihelpmobile.com>

10 High St. Boston is actually a coffee shop, so this is most likely a fake address; http://www.openingtimes.co/boston-common-coffee-co-10-high-street-boston-ma
http://corp.sec.state.ma.us hasn't no idea what "Tatto Media" is either, so it is possible that it is a bogus name setup to hide the identity of the real criminals here. No hits for "Tatto Media" on any of the following either; http://kepler.sos.ca.gov https://delecorp.delaware.gov http://nvsos.gov/ or http://sunbiz.org (note to self; must remember to ask what state they are incorporated in)
Well... I hope that helps. Next stop, reporting them to my state's Consumer Protection office. I would recommend that others do the same.- Call type: Text message
