this number calls non-stop to the business that i work at.  i finally answered and they asked if i have direct tv and if i have a sallelite?  i said, i don't know and they hung up.  who is this??

I did also and requested that the quit calling - didn't work, so I just stopped picking up

Yep.. Did the same to me.  Called 4 times in a row.  Told me it wasnt my buisness not to give him the info he wanted, and that I must be cause Im not the boss... I then told him I was and he is a doosh bag

calls my business phone about 8-10 times a day, and never answers when I pick up. And never leaves a message

They've called 4 times this week so far. Yesterday they asked if we were interested in DirecTV, the other 3 calls they hung up.

Direct TV is calling my business up to 10 times/day.  I have asked to be placed on the DO Not Call list, and still they continue to call.

They call non-stop, all day, every day. When I pick up, there is no one there.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

It is from National Satellite Center in Long Beach CA. They are selling Direct TV. I confirmed through Direct TV that this number is for one of their contractors. To get off the call list call them directly at (562) 988-8181

They are a DTV retailer from Long Beach CA.  I just got a call from them on my business line and didn't pick up because I never answer 888 calls.  Funny thing is that my company handles their installations in the Midwest.
If you are looking for DTV for a business they are as good of a company as there is.

Caller ID shows as Directv. Calls every 30 minutes in two hour blocks, stops for two hours, and starts again. When we answer, it disconnects. I have the number blocked but it still logs the calls, at least 10 a day.

These guys called several times yesterday and I told them I am on the Do Not Call list.  The guy said I wasn't.  I said don't call me anymore and take me off your list.  he said he couldn't.  I hung up.  I double checked with the Do not Call registry and my phone is definitely on the list.  So they decided to call me again today.  Also many other telemarketers around the country calling with the same Direct TV stuff.  Here's the thing, I have direct tv but when my contract is up in August looks like I'll find someone who will respect the customer.

Called our business line and I said hello. Didn't hear anything, then just a "hello?" I said my name again, and asked who it was, they hung up. We don't have DirectTV and never have.

This is some one claiming to be direct TV trying to sale you service. We already have direct TV so I wonder why they are trying to sale it to us. Humm must be a scammer because they cant tell who has it already and who does not. Nice try thou.

They said they were the national satellite center, and asked to speak with the manager of my former business. I told the girl that that business closed eight years ago and to take my number off of their call list. She then asked for my name and I told her she didn’t need my name and to take my number off their list. I told her she did not need my name and to take my number off the list anyway. Then she got pissy with me and told me that they were just gonna keep calling me unless I gave them my name.
I hung up and blocked the number.

  This is a spamming robot. It has called us to many times to count and tries to put us on hold upon answering lol. Now we are sick and tired of it. We Do Not want Direct TV it is an out dated product and over priced. Plus if this is how they harass their customers never in a million years would I even consider them in my business.

This is a unknown unlisted number that could not be bothered to leave any messages. These number are always spam and never anyone we know or a client, Never. We block these numbers because face it there is no way to stop them. Blocked.
