Got a message from "Thomas Whittaker" too.  I blocked my number and tried to call them back  but could only get a message box that was full.  I punched in randon extension numbers.  I got an open message box at extension 2 and told them what I thought of them and that they could kiss my a**.

These people call me and told me I owed a loan from 2003 from a cash place 9 years ago. I asked them to via fax me your send me something in the mail and he said he could tell I gave them my debit card number and in 1-4 days they would send me a bill and if I didn't pay they were gonna send a officer with court papers to take me to court. Why would I give u my bank number with out a bill I mean really this is a fraud don't give them any information I don't know how they got all mine but it is dumb.

We have been receiving phone calls from this number repeatedly leaving messages on our voice mail using our son's name and ss# and stating that he has written a bad check. Our son does not live with us and explained this to one person when I caught that call. I asked nicely that no more calls be made ot our phone. I caught another call today and was connected to a man who hung up on me.  One call stated tht he was Thomas Whitaker of the Arbitration Dept. and gave a case number.
A call to the number left on this mesg, 1 888 900 3120 states it is voice mail, and in Las Vegas Nevada and the office is closed.

I received a letter stating that I needed to pay 615.00 in 10 days or they would be forced to take legal action against me for not paying a payday loan from 2003. I called the number on the letter they sent me 18889003120 ,,, I talked to a Greg Anderson. I was scared because he made it seem that all the letter was saying was true, that I could in fact be in trouble if I didn't pay. He said since they have been trying to contact me on several occasions and that because I didn't respond that now it was considered check fraud. I don't know what to do now because I cancelled my credit card so they cannot take any money out... will they be calling to harass me know?

So I did more research on this DRS and RAS the fax number on both of the letters is the same but they have different phone numbers one is of course 8889003120 and the other is 8014786864 >>I have not tried calling that number yet but I looked it up and its in utah. Both addresses are in Canada , one in Toronto the other in Niagra Falls. The letter looked so real so I called and set up a payment plan, 205 a month for three months. After I read all these posts I was like omg what happened, so I called my bank to cancel the card. Im scared now because I dont want ppl calling me. The debt was from 2003 , Im pretty sure its no longer valid. Has anyone else received a letter?? I just noticed all the phone calls,,,,,

I received call today saying I was to call 888 900 3120 I needed to pay ASAP.   I called and no answer..   I have gotten 4 more calls today so far.   I did research on this only to find out is bogus!   The call came from a ell phone 402 620 6851 carrier is Verizon belongs to someone I Fremont Nebraska.   They gave a case number 35872*..... Don't fall for this scam

I have been getting calls from these people off and on at my place of work. I have filed claims against these people and still they call. I have been so scamed by some of these people out there. I will not let it happen again. I really need some advice on how to make them stop calling me. I would appreciate any help you could give me on this matter.

I spoke to RAS yesterday, Steven Wilson.  He says I owe on a payday loan from..are you ready..2001 !!! October 2001.  He said I am on a videotape writing the check for $300.00.  That was 11 years ago..I can't even remember 11 DAYS ago let alone 11 YEARS! I am part of CareOne Credit Counseling, they're great, and they said these people are WELL past the statute of limitations.  With that and the fact that "no weapon formed against me shall prosper", with God as MY attorney, judge and jury..these people can kiss my a$@!

I have gotten several calls from this number. I decided to call it back and got this Lt. ??? somebody in the "investigations dept". (He remided me of someone from Reno 911). He was asking for way too much personal information, so at that point I refused and told him that I thought this was a scam and Ihung up. I then got online and saw all the post about this number, Im so glad I didnt fall for it. Thanks for posting the info.

9164762988 is the local number they called me from,stating that I owed them money as well,and I called the number back and a "loan officer" answered in which I told him I was giving his information to the local police department and FBI because I'm not falling for his scam,I'm not stupid,in which case he replied "obviously you are" Don't give these people ANY information about yourself.Even their website is fake,no contact info and a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo to try and scare you into forking over your money to them.Thomas Whitiker I am not amused l.

I received a call this morning from a 712-560-1930 number.  I didn't answer it because I don't answer numbers that are not familar to me.  They left a message stating that this call was for my daughter and naming me as a contact person.  They gave a case number and said to resolve this issue call 888-900-3120.  This is the second time they called me and left this message but the first time was from a different number.

Well I ALWAYS check phone numbers on line and when I plugged in the 712 area code number it came up as a mobile phone coming from the following:

State: IOWA
Provider: CELLCO PT DBA VERIZON WIRELESS - IA
Signal: WIRELESS  

Because they left the 888 number I am here.  I don't know what their game is but it needs to stop.  I will not call that number back.

just got a call from them about a payday loan from 2001. i asked her to send me something in writing. she said they dont do that and that they would see me in court and then she hung up. same thing as the others. thomas whittaker left a couple of voice mails from number760-694-9620 the message says to call 888-900-3120. not sure what to do either.

Got a call from (206) 453-6105 and left me a message to call back (888) 900-3120 Thomas Whitaker, Regional Arbitration Services. They are reluctant and unable to give their physical address. The lady that answered on the (206) 453-6105, a Seattle area code initially mentioned that the corporate address is in 710 King St., Ontario, Canada. This is a McDonald's address. She immediately hanged up after I asked for the zip code. A Mr. Adams answered the (888) 900-3120 but refused to give their address. I decided to report the incident to  State Consumer Affairs and also reported the matter with the Federal Trade Commission (more important).

To anyone who get this type of call from these people, please immediately report them to the Federal Trade Commission (877) 382-4357 as they are gathering evidence to prosecute these scammers.

Thomas Whitaker gave a name that has to have been made up, and when I tried to call it there was no answer.

These people called my EX leaving a message for me... Funny thing... We have been divorced for years and not once have I received a call or any mail from this company? If it were legit they would have my number since its been the same for 10 year. Screams SCAM big time.

I've been scammed and it was recent. Like last week and I'm embarrassed and broke. I won't let it happen again. I pray no one else falls for thid
