person called with this name and spoofing the caller ID from  our local county courthouse.   Good investigation on my part.

Received a voicemail message from Daine Sanchez advising she was with FSOR stating I had serious allegations being charged against me that could affect my SS.  Upon checking and realization I believe this low scum [***] to be with Portfolio  Recovery who uses every dirty trick under the sun to get someone to respond including utilizng phone numbers they have access to throughout the US to to call someone from.

Diana Sanchez called me too! She said I had allegations against me of trying to defraud due to a payday loan. She said if I did not pay it within 5 days (the week of Christmas!) that I would go on a bad check registry and have to take classes once a week. I freakin fell for it and paid her $550!

I had to go to restitution clases for bad check did she tell you whether it was a bad check or not? By law you can go to classes for bad check but if it was not one then you don't have to go anywhere.
