This is PARC - a debt collection agency. They called me regarding a very old medical bill. Here is their contact info:

These people keep calling my husband's cell phone and leaving a message that says, "This is a call for (some foreign name like Reshkash Mekash). By listening to this message you are acknowledging that you are (the name again)." Of course, the name they are stating is so garbled and spoken so quickly you listen to the message to hear it again.... DO NOT DO THIS! Their phone # is now showing up as "unknown", but we have had the same message with the same voice from 888-912-7272.

Computer generated message says I have a very urgent matter to discuss with some guy I never heard of. I found out later it was a bill collector wanting to hit me up for payment on an inpatient hospital bill (which I already told them was paid but they call anyway).

They have been calling and not leaving a mewssage at my home. I never answer if I don't know you. I finally got a message, so I called back. They did not weven know who I was and started fishing for more info from me. Name and # was all they had when I hung up. They do not even sound professional.

I called this number back and was transferred to ext. 2001.  I spoke with a guy by the name of Nate.  I simple asked for there mailing address.  He gave it to me:  Premium Master Recovery Corp, PO Box 1810, Warren, MI 48090

Then he asked if I had an account number.  I told him I only wanted his phone number to file legal action against their hassassing phone calls.  I told him the person they are looking for doesnt live here and never has.  Apologized several times and promised to remove my number from there system and assured me there was no need for legal action.  Can't wait to see how many days before they call again!

Left msg on my voice mail to call Bill Hopper? re debt.  I don't owe any money that is overdue.  Concerned about identity theft so I called the 888 phone # from a pay phone.  They insist on you agreeing that you are whatever name they are calling for.  If you don't they won't talk to you.  The first time I was disconnected.  The 2nd time I called they were nasty, wanted to verify my birthdate and last 4 digits of my social sec. #.  Of course I wouldn't and they hung up on me.  Doubt of this is a real collection agency - sounds like identity theft to me.  When I asked what PRC stood for she wouldn't tell me.

I keep getting a computer generated call from 1-888-912-7272, requesting I get in touch. They just tell me they are a collection agency and that it is urgent that we speak.

i got one last night, to bad i dont have any outstanding balances on anything!  they havent called back but if they do i the type of person that customer service people cant stand to talk to!  bring it!

I cant speak to any particular collection agency but I know that the majority of collection agencies hold the majority of their debt without adequate proof of the debt or other records showing the debt has been bankrupted or is out of the statute of limitations. That is why they call and call but never provide anything in writing unless you demand that in writing. They are banking on you not knowing your rights and intimidating you into paying. Dont fall for it. Never answer their calls and send them a written demand for proof and cease and desist letter by certified mail. Look at budhibbs.com for a good free sample letter. Send it and screw em!

I was home from school one day sick. this person lyric called me. they asked for my mom who was not home at the time. we will not be calling them back. date of call march 12 2008

PARC collection agency, Spoof phone number listing as Caller Name Unknown or CNAM. They will try to get anyone who answers to give them all of their personal information. Beware of Identity Theft if you choose to deal with the scum bags.  Better still, don't talk to them at all, ignore, ignore, ignore! Also check out website www.whocalled.us

I didn't get a call yet, but I did received a letter from this company claiming an amount from a Harris County Hospital where I have never been in my life.  I called them and I was transferred to a voice mail asking me to leave a message.  I didn't leave any contact because it seemed to me that it was a scam.  So be aware if you receive any contact (letter, phone or email) from these people.

A person from number 888-912-7272 keeps calling my office 615-646-9912.
After I received another call this morning at 9:20 a.m.  I went on-line to see if I could match up an address to the telephone number.  I did.

These people are annoying I have no clue how they got my number??????

Computer generated message asking for me press#1 . They verify that it is me they are speaking to and tell me they are a debt collection agency about a bill fromm 2001 from a hospital that i never went to. Then they told me to fax in 5 signatures and 5 printed names and a copy of my s.s.# and driver's license. I contacted the said Hospital which no longer goes by that same name and they say that the record is so old they can't help me.

Yea i get the same call on my trac phone only It's a Woman named Lee Parks and she claims to Be trying to get in touch with a "David Bashia" About matters regarding his debt and that he needs to call this "PARC" company,
i dont know nobody by that name, but it seems kinda funny that she called from her personal cellphone 561-447-9271 and then says to call this other number 1-888-912-7272, if these people had any brains at all they would know that it is Illegal for a debt collector to use his or her personal cellphone to collect a debt in Pennsylvania

Just walked in the door. 2 messages left on answering machine. Some foreigner whose name is Unpronouncable  left both. They said the same as above. This has been going on about 6 months now, with different names calling. I never call them back. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau and it stopped for a while. Next is to file a complaint with my local representative. Maybe congress or the media can put a stop to the harrassment. THE NUMBER THEY WANT ME TO CALL THIS TIME IS 1-888-912-7272 EXT:5914 SOUNDS LIKE MAGNA NOID???

I agree you should do that, file a complaint with your State Rep. As i did the same,
